Perfect place to stay in Perugia
Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the views were incredible. Although we didn’t cook in the apartment it looked like it had everything you needed apart from an oven, there was a microwave. Although fully booked and on a main room it was very quiet during our stay. Breakfast was an option at €10 which was pretty good with plenty of choice if you like cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc. there was a hot option of scrambled eggs and bacon in the usual warm tray that was ok. Great to have the option of a secure car parking space which we used at €10 per night, not easy to park anywhere in Perugia. It’s around a 15/20 minute walk into the centre which can be quite strenuous depending on your fitness level but it’s through some lovely narrow streets typical of the area. Elio who worked at the property and spoke good English was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do and trips out.
Can not really fault the place. The only problem we had was that Booking.com included the city tax in our payment which was clearly stated on our invoice. The hotel also wanted to collect the tax which became a small problem. They tried to sort it out direct with booking.com with no luck so I ended up paying it but I didn’t think it was a fault of the hotel.

Meraviglioso soggiorno a Perugia
Appartamento accogliente, nuovissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina completa e molto accessoriata. Pulizia eccellente. Staff gentilissimo. Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi la città di Perugia ma allo stesso tempo immersa nel verde per una piacevole pausa relax. Bellissimo panorama sulle colline umbre e su Assisi.

Perfetta la posizione ! 10 minuti a piedi ed eravamo in pieno centro storico. Appartamento super pulito e confortevole. Tutto nuovo e ben attrezzato. Arredato con cura. Possibilità di aggiungere il servizio colazione. Sala colazione deliziosa e molto accogliente. Possibilità di consumare la colazione anche all'esterno con vista panoramica. Abbondante e variegata la colazione. Ottimi prodotti dolci e salati. Comodo parcheggio, da prenotare. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo.

APPARTAMENTO STUPENDO CON VISTA MOZZAFIATO!
Struttura completamente nuova, appartamento stupendo e perfettamente attrezzato, posizione idilliaca con vista mozzafiato. Ottima colazione servita sia all'interno ((in una sala molto bella e suggestiva) che all'esterno (con la bella stagione!). A 2 passi dal centro, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Staff estremamente cortese e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura ad un costo esiguo. Pulizia 10 e lode, come tutto il resto! Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare in questo fantastico posto...
