A wonderful place to stay!

The apartment was fabulous! The location was great - not too close to the historical city center so the neighborhood was really quiet. The apartment itself was cozy and comfy. For example, the living area had both a big couch and a dining room table and chairs. The bed was great and the bathroom was huge.

Quiet, convenient and central

This property was just wonderful. It looks exactly like it does in the photos. The living area was clean and spacious. The two bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The size of the bathroom was an added bonus in the shower was hot and strong. Bit extremely comfortable I think my mattress must’ve been a memory foam. It was just lovely. The property is situated right near the mini Metro Cupa station and from there it’s just a short walk to the apartment. The apartment is about 200 m from the main piazza and it is an uphill walk but it’s not too strenuous. Overall this was just a delightful place to stay. .Ida, was on hand if we ever needed her and her responses were immediate. just a wonderful place to stay and if I come back to Perugia which no doubt I will certainly stay here again.

A comfortable, charming and surprisingly secluded and quiet (given central location) apartment.

Brilliant central location, but also very quiet and secluded. Big bonus was bath tub, greatly appreciated after a very long and tough hike from Magione.

Nothing really. I don't think there was air conditioning (fans in both bedrooms) but the apartment was naturally cool so I don't think this would be an issue unless very hot summer night.

Perugia is a delightful location. Easy to get around, great restaurants which are reasonably priced

The location in the old town was excellent and the accommodation was very spacious.

We didn’t receive the access code in advance of our arrival and waited several hours which was frustrating. Listed items such as a microwave, iron ……. Were not included although on request they appeared. While the accommodation was spacious there was no outlook- no sunlight,

Lovely apartment in a good location

Nicely decorated and spacious apartment in a good location with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Communication with the host was also good and they sent clear instructions

The only suggestion would be to have better coffee making facilities as there was a small stove top coffee pot and a gas hob which didn’t seem to light automatically or if it did I failed to work it out!! Everything else was great

Huge space, beautiful and cozy house, great location and the host was really lovely. She made sure everything was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It suited out needs due to being in Perugia for study.

The location was really good. As this was an apartment there were not meals included. The apartment was spacious and we felt safe.

The freezer in the fridge had been left unclean by the previous resident and the cleaner missed it. There were no spare towels or sheets for the beds. We had to request them.

Nice, cozy apartment with a great location.

N/A (Breakfast wasn't provided) There was a nice sized kitchen. Location was great, just a short walk to the center of town. There were lots of restaurants and small grocery store close by. It was also convenient to the escalators to the Cupa station where you can park or catch the mini metro to the train station. Ida is very sweet and great at communicating and responding to any concerns.

Hard to keep water from leaking onto floor while using the shower. Arm chairs, coffee table, and end tables with lamps in the living room would have been nice.

Amazing time

I really enjoyed the stay. Ida was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and looks like the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and warm. The location is a short walk to the centre and very easily accessible. I would definitely recommend it here. Fantastic.

Right in the heart of the old city ,in one of the old buildings, a totaly newly renovated place, full of beauty charm and caracter. very clean and comfortable, with every little detail well thought of, and the owner, Ida ,was there for us in every way possible. we absolutely loved our stay there and will gladly return one day. I was clean but didn't have handwash or shampoo in the bathroom. It didn't have private parking.

Breakfast was too bad. Just it had one packet milk and some cakes for breakfast. Totally it was't like Hotel 4 Stars that you see in the internet.

This place was perfect for us. The property was flawless - the owners make sure of that - two big bedrooms, and amazing bathroom and huge kitchen. The location, just off the Piazza IV Novembre, gave us great access to everything in the old town.

Perugia around New Year

Lovely host, warm, lovely bathroom, nice bedrooms, quick up hill walk into the centre of town, provided some cakes and coffee for breakfast which is more than most apartments do.

Some small things: not enough pillows, no bread for breakfast, no kitchen surface space, no where to park nearby and the escalator to the nearest parking is broken and has been for some time, only access to the apartment on foot.

Tolle Lage aber kein Tageslicht

Die Lage und die Größe

Es gibt kaum bis kein Tageslicht und die Fenster im Schlafzimmer, die auch in einen dunklen Hof münden, lassen sich nicht öffnen. Ich finde es immer schade, wenn auf Details wie Badausstattung oder ein Wasser im Kühlschrank verzichtet wird. Das kostet nicht viel, ist aber eine nette Geste.

Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement op een goede locatie. Ideaal om vanuit hier Perugia te ontdekken. 2 ruime slaapkamers en een mooie, ruime badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed contact met de verhuurder via whatsapp.

In het appartement is niet veel daglicht. Er zit in beide slaapkamers een raam naar buiten welke af te sluiten is met een luik. Verder zijn er geen ramen. Prima als je veel op pad bent en alleen eet en slaapt in het appartement. Het blijft hierdoor ook lekker koel binnen.

Casa con encanto pero poco acostumbrada a alquiler formal y laboral

El baño me pareció precioso. Tal y como se muestra en las fotos: amplio y muy cómodo. Con bañera y ducha. La habitados eran espaciosas y muy cómodas. Todo tiene un aire romántico muy bonito. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro de Perugia.

A la vivienda le falta luz natural, y también luz artificial. En el salón- cocina se ve muy poco. Nos alojamos dos personas adultas, y solamente nos encontrarmos una cama hecha. Al reclamarlo, la propietaria dijo que teníamos que haber avisado. La primera noche tuvimos que compartir la cama, mi compañera de trabajo y yo. Las toallas eran escasas y no estaban totalmente limpias. Nos quejamos, y al día siguiente nos trajeron más toallas limpias. Pedí factura de mi estancia con mucha antelación y volví sin ella. Al reclamarla, me mandaron una muy informal, con falta de datos y escrita a mano. He tenido que volver a reclamarla y continúo a la espera.
