Highly recommend!

Amazing in every aspect. We had a truly lovely stay. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The host was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations and very clear instructions. The location is perfect - you can reach the city center within minutes, and one of the best restaurants, La Taverna, is just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Perugia

Spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. Very close to main piazza where we enjoyed morning cappuccinos and afternoon Aperol Spritz. Host was especially helpful, she arranged a return taxi for us to Assisi and a transfer to Rome. Thanks for your hospitality. .

Perfect!

Spacious apartment in the centre of Perugia. Very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative and helpful too. Would definitely recommend. We were travelling with our 7 month old and the cot provided was really comfortable too.

We stayed at the apartment in Piazza Italia in Perugia and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, situated in the center of a beautiful part of Perugia. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, and other attractions. The apartment itself is clean and very easy to access. The host was very friendly and did their best to make our stay pleasant.

The apartment does not have air conditioning! There is one portable unit in the kitchen that vents hot air outside through a window, but the bedroom has nothing. The host kindly provided a fan that can be filled with water and ice cubes to cool the bedroom, but if you've ever been in Italy in August, you'll know that air conditioning in the bedroom (and the rest of the apartment) is essential.

Beautiful convenient light bright and clean apartment with quality furnishings and towels. Very convenient if you are travelling by train as the mini metro is close-by and there public transport lifts that make moving luggage easy. Apartment is in the historical centre and walking down side streets lets you access some local shops as well.

It wasn’t clear in the description that the unit was on the first floor and that there was no lift to the apartment

Perfect for Perugia city-break.

First, the hosts are extremely friendly and it's clear they care you have a nice time. They were easy to communicate with and gave nice recommendations for restaurants and parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean with some nice amenities. The bed is the best I've ever had in a booking.com property. The location is very centrally located to the center but still tranquil. This place is a real gem an we'd love to go back.

Appartamento molto carino e ben fornito di tutto. Nuovo , moderno e con molti dettagli, anche extra , come trovare una bottiglia di olio , cialde per il caffè e anche le piattaforme televisive ci hanno aiutato in serate di stanchezza . Bagno spazioso e nuovo . Molto facile il self check in . La struttura è a due passi dal centro storico e dalle scale mobili per raggiungere la parte bassa della cittadina . Siam o stati solo 4 notti ma è stato davvero piacevole .

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un appendino all'entrata per i cappotti , invece che entrare nella cabina armadio in camera da letto . La notte qualche rumore di gente che passa per la strada ma per fortuna non ci sono pub o locali proprio sottostante l' appartamento.

Estrema pulizia e cura dell'appartamento che si presentava esattamente come nelle foto

Dato che io sono abituata a dormire al buio, la presenza solo degli scuri, faceva entrare molta luce in tutte le stanze anche di notte. A mio avviso si potrebbe valutare di mettere delle tende, in modo da oscurare almeno la zona notte dalla luce dei lampioni della strada posti proprio in prossimità degli scuri
