Excellent

This is a beautiful apartment finished to a very high standard in an old and historic part of Perugia. Paolo was a charming and excellent host who was easily contactable, and who was ready and willing to offer any assistance requested. It was a pleasure to use the apartment as the base for our visit to Perugia and the surrounding area. The kitchen came well equipped but, as a suggestion, a microwave would have been a useful additional asset as well as a bigger selection of cutlery including a bread knife.

The accommodation was super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Paolo is a friendly and attentive host. The location is right in the city center. We loved it here and will definitely come back to Perugia and stay here again.

Nice renovated flat in the old town center. Close to the pedestrian area. The landlord, Paolo, was extremely friendly and help some, it was a pleasure staying there

Great place, be prepared to carry your luggage into the old city center.

Beautiful place! Paulo was fantastic, very modern with everything we needed.

It is in old town, parking is not close and you cannot drop off your luggage. We struggled to get there from the public parking and then up many steep old steps. Paolo helped us once we arrived.

Exceptional stay — cozy apartment, perfect location, and amazing Wi-Fi!

The apartment is very cozy and full of natural light, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. It had everything I needed — a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, and even a lovely welcome pack with pastries, yogurts, cold water, and Baci chocolates. I really appreciated the contactless check-in, and the host was always available via messages. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast — the best I’ve had in Italy!

Paolo remodeled a part of a midieval building in an ancient part of Perugia into really great place to enjoy Perugia. He has thought of everything you might need. There was even a beer in the fridge when we arrived- which was great after a hard day of travel. The front door to the building is especially amazing.

Incredible shower and perfect location.

The shower is absolutely incredible and the property is well appointed and updated. Just a couple minutes walk to the morning market. Quick walk to one of two minimetro stations as well!

Location was excellent - walking distance to historic main piazza, shops, cafes - one thing extremely useful - piazza partiagini bus station in walking distance as well which was fantastic bc Perugia perfect city to take little day trips to other jewel Umbrian towns such as Assisi and Gubbio. Plus I could get back and forth to Rome easily. Super easy check in and appreciated Paolo’s use of video to demonstrate how to check in and for any question I had on how to use anything. I arrived early and he was flexible enough to let me enter. Apartment clean and modern - bathroom excellent with lovely shower and hot water functioned perfectly. Bed comfortable; slept like a hibernating bear after long touring days.

Not one complaint. Paolo is extremely communicative - was welcoming and checked in frequently to ensure our stay was going smoothly.

The apartment is beautiful, in a stunning old building that has been faithfully restored. Inside you find tasteful, comfortable decor with thoughtful touches. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The shower is superb! The whole apartment was immaculately clean. Location excellent. Paolo was a great host, helpful before and during our stay.

Good

The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and even has pastries and drinks available. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed as well as more than adequate storage. There is a large hanging area for clothing. The living area includes a fold out sofa that can double as an extra bed. The space is tastefully decorated and furnished.

The apartment is not air-conditioned. There is one ceiling fan in the bedroom. This can be a challenge in the hot summer. There also appears to be an electrical problem as there was an electric outage that occurred while we were out of the apartment. This prompted Paola to ask that we turn off all electric when leaving the apartment. This was difficult when you're trying to cool the temperature in the apartment. The location is also a challenge. Be prepared for steps, hills, and stairs. The apartment is located "near" the city center, but to reach there, you have many steps and hills to climb. If you have knee or hip issues, be prepared. There are also two small landings of stairs when entering the building to reach the apartment.

It looked exactly like the pictures; modern, elegant and clean. Two-person shower, comfy bed, nice closet, nightstands and adequate electrical for charging your devices. Upon arrival, host provided water, beer, wine and coffee which is great after you’ve been traveling for many hours and are exhausted upon arrival. Also, shower gel and shampoo. Dining table is good and large enough to play games in the evening. Being in the walled city, close to cathedral, the underground, aqueduct, piazza, grocer, and bars and restaurants.

An excellent apartment with very friendly and helpful owner

This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Perugia. it had everything we needed, it was comfortable and had lovely decor. we found it so cool, comfortable and quiet that we slept for 12 hours on our first night! Paolo was very helpful and friendly and had included some extras such as wine and breakfast snacks.

Paolo our host was friendly and welcoming, flexible with our arrival time and periodically checking up to ensure we had what we needed. Super clean, nicely furnished apartment - brand new fittings, kitchen and bathroom. Nice touches like coffee and morning cake, plus a welcome bottle of wine. Apartment was cosy and warm. Great value and great location.

Location adorabile

Appartamentino ben ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto, molto accogliente e confortevole con tutto ciò che serve per la colazione. Doccia doppia eccezionale!! Posizione strategica per la visita del centro storico e per il parcheggio. Il proprietario Paolo molto disponibile e discreto. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Modernes Apartment in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage. Für eine kleines "italienisches" Frühstück ist gesorgt. Küchenequipment ist sehr durchdacht. Perfekt sauber, tolles Bad. Übergabe ist gut organisiert und flexibel. Die Lage in Perugia-Altstadt bedeutet: man bewegt sich zu Fuss!

Sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt und trotzdem total ruhig. Das Bett war gross und sehr bequem. Kaffeemaschine samt Kapseln waren vorhanden sowie Begrüssungsdrinks. Genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und auch im Bad Abstellflächen. Tolle und grosse Dusche. Zum Schlafen konnte man gut abdunkeln. Der Gastgeber war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Einpaar Messer zum Brotschneiden oder Kochen wären gut.

Fijn en rustig appartement op een toplocatie! We hebben er heerlijk geslapen vanwege het heerlijke bed en de rust in het gebouw en op straat. De douche was ook fantastisch, voor 2 personen nog wel! En heel aardig dat we een welkomstcadeau kregen (Baci van Perugia en een fles wijn). Alles in de binnenstad was op loopafstand. Wij bevelen dit appartement aan!

Er was niet echt iets dat ons tegenviel. Als we iets moeten benoemen dan is het dat de woon- en tevens eetruimte nogal donker was en daardoor een wat minder fijne plek om te zijn. We hebben Paolo niet ontmoet, maar het was wel makkelijk communiceren met hem. Aan het einde vroeg hij ons per whatsapp om een score 10 te geven. Dat vond ik wat ongemakkelijk. Daarom een score 9.

とても良いアパートでした。オーナーは、連絡するとすぐ返事をくれるので安心して滞在できます！！旧市街地の観光をするにはとても便利だし、近くの道から見る景色は最高で、滞在できてとても良かったです！ただ、部屋が寒い時間帯があったり、調味料が少なかったりしました。
