The flat is very clean and very close to the centre. Sofabed is comfortable to sleep in. There is also a good restaurant next to it that was recommended by the owner. It was cold in the flat in the beginning but it warmed up afterwards. Definitely recommended and would love to stay again.

We appreciate the rustic, antique style of it.
The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes away from the city center. The staff was very cooperative with any issue.
The place was a bit cold, despite the autonomous thermostat. The shower only has 75lts of hot water and it takes up to 1 hour to refill, so showering has to be very quick. Pretty impossible for 2 people to wash their hair back to back. It's something that can be managed but it would have been good to know before hand. There was an issue with our TV, it was pretty much completely hanging off the wall. It was immediately fixed, still one wonders how it wasn't noticed by the cleaning stuff. Beautiful place, mostly recommended in the summer.

The property was centrally located and it had the charme of a typical Umbrian old house
There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom and the sink was leaking every time we used it
