The apartment is new and big with a nice small garden and a laundry machine .The bed was very comfortable and it is possible to get full darkness in the bed room. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We had everything needed in the kitchen : dish washer, induction oven etc. The security of the main building and the apartment is very good. The place is located 7 minutes walk from a supermarket and a bakery and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful old city. There is a 5 story parking 3 minutes walk from the apartment and an elevator going to the old city if you have difficulties to walk up to the old city. The staff was very very helpful . We needed more towels, to call a taxi etc and the host was very responsive in whatsup.

Neighbours dragging furniture around but that’s not the properties fault … I would still definitely return

The location is a short walk from the mini metro, which takes you to the main train station) and the town centre. The flat is very secure and well appointed.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Marí Central Flat, per il compleanno di mio figlio, e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente, perfetto per sentirsi subito a casa. La posizione centrale è uno dei suoi punti di forza: comodissima per visitare Perugia a piedi e per raggiungere ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni principali. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, silenziosi e dotati di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli host Ilaria e Samuele sono stati gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere, rendendo il check-in semplice e senza stress. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e una posizione strategica nel cuore di Perugia.

Per noi che avevamo il passeggino, la mancanza di un ascensore si è sentita é stato un po scomodo salire e scendere le scale, ma tutto sommato é andata bene.
