We loved the location and excellent support from Valentina.

Excellent Host, fast response to any questions. Short hike up the stairs to center square, mini metro was so easy to take and we left our car down at free parking. Very easy access out of town for sightseeing and staying away from town driving and traffic headache.

Bed was ok, couch needed some cushions on the end.

The bath is incredible! The apartment is lovely, well structured and has everything we needed.

It's very close the center but it's a steep walk up the stairs to get there - but this is quite normal in Perugia!

We spend a wonderful moment in La Scalinata Apartment! The flat is very well located in the city center and Valentina has been so kind to provide us all the information to arrive by car just until down the apartment. All the amenities are comfortable and of high quality and the cherry on the cake was the huge bathtub where we spend the last night, highly recommended!

Communication with host, the apartment itself and its location, next to the famous stairs with a view on aqueduct and a few steps from fountain and basilica. And about the apartment - it's comfortable, in a perfect condition, looks nice, spa in bedroom is great. Better than I expected.

Too short stay as Perugia is a hidden gem.

situated in the city center and in a quiet area just infront of the acquadot. Small things that made our stay unforgettable: found 3 juices for the kids, a bottle of water and 2 bottles of aperol spritz in the fridge. thankyou to the host!

Perfect choice for a visit in Perugia and Umbria

The apartment is located in a very picturesque street going down the hill from the top where the old town is located. Brace yourself for an energetic climb up the stairs. It is, however, accessible by car from below. The apartment consists of bedroom with a window on an internal courtyard and a dining room with windows on the street. It is an old building (so some more steps to get to the apartment) but the interior design is modern and very nice. The extra is a stone bathtub in the bedroom where you can soak after seeing all the monuments of Perugia.

Centro storico stay

This property is very well located in the heart of the old town, situated next to one of the old acquaducts. It is only 5 minutes walk up the steps into the old town centre. The flat is very spacious and really quiet at night. Valentina, the owner , lives in the building and is very helpful.

Bardzo fajne położenie mieszkania. W historycznej części miasta a zarazem spokojnie. Mieszkanie ma bardzo wygodną łazienkę. Jest przestronne i dobrze wyposażone.

Appartamento carinissimo in una posizione davvero suggestiva ai piedi della grande scalinata. Valentina è stata meravigliosa. Gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli durante il soggiorno ed è stata flessibile anche sul check out lasciandoci qualche ora in più per finire i nostri giri in città. La casa è curata nei particolari e la pulizia era impeccabile. La vasca in camera da letto poi è sicuramente un plus. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Äusserst nette Gastgeber. Lösungsorientiert und super Vorschläge für Abendessen. Durften unsere E-Bikes zu Matteos MTB stellen und laden. Unglaublich ruhige Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Perfekt um Perugia zu Fuß zu erkunden. Vielen Dank an Valentina und Matteo.
