The property is in a good location once you get there but it is not easy to arrive. The home is clean and modern, except for the mildew in the shower and a bed that broke during the night.

I liked everything about the property until the bed broke. The staff was very helpful and kind until the chose a different, more disrespectful manner.

A delightful, well located, nicely decorated and maintained apartment.

The host, Ilaria, was helpful, kind, and resourceful. The location was perfect. Close to the historical center, restaurants, groceries, and gelato. The apartment was large, the beds AND pillows comfortable,kitchen appliances, cutlery, etc., in good condition. We were delighted! The apartment exceeded our expectations, in some ways due to the kindness of our host.

Perfect holiday!

The apartment is very well situated, 10 minutes away from the city center (walking). Markets on the street, also a variety of good restaurants on the same street (few minutes walking). The apartment was very clean and equipped. The vibe and design was very authentic and modern in the same time. The bed from the small bedroom was big enough for 2 persons. Although there is no air conditioner, the apartment has good temperature, being cold enough because of the stone walls. The owner is very friendly and she responded very fast everytime to our questions.

It was spacious and felt like home. The two fans were more than sufficient during my stay since the apartment stays quite cool.

I would just spend some time airing the house as it can get musty being set in stone walls.

Excellent and spacious apartment, very close to Perugia's historic centre. the apartment is fully and very nicely furnished. It has full kitchen and bathroom. it was perfectly clean and organized. internet worked very well for me.

It is only missing a washer and it doesn't receive lots of natural light (that is more me being fixated with very bright apartments). The main bedroom does have good natural light though.

We were only there a couple of days but what we experienced was spot on. Perfect location with a fab restaurant and a couple of shops in striking distance. The flat had all we needed and more, lots of hot water, comfy beds, clean, and the hostess was super helpful!
