Beautiful, peaceful apartment in old town district

The ground level apartment is very fresh and comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. There is WiFi and it is needed because as the walls are thick the data cover is limited. The apartment generally suited our accommodation needs. Although it is located in the old town, we found it to be a 15 minute (beautiful) walk to where entertainment etc is. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. The hosts were helpful and very welcoming.

None of the following is the fault of the accommodation providers but if we'd known just how out of the way the apartment was, we would not have booked it as although we were able to get a taxi to the accommodation from the train station, we were not able to find a taxi for the return (not for want of trying as we had a large suitcase). It was a Sunday and we had to walk the 40 min return journey in the rain with our suitcases. The footpaths are atrocious even without a suitcase and the incline is very steep. Yes there is a light rail connection from the train station etc, but it only goes part of the way.

Super lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, organizacja. Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Apartament piętro wyżej dzieli od niższego drewniana podłoga/sufit. Słychać każdy krok osoby w wyższym apartamencie. Apartament dosyć ciemny - małe okna.

Piccolo gioiello a due passi dal centro di Perugia

Appartamentino alle porte della città, in luogo strategico dotato di tutti i comfort: piccolo cucinino, divano, saletta per colazione, ampia camera matrimoniale e bagno. Pulizia impeccabile e grande disponibilità dei proprietari che, oltre a non averci fatto mancare nulla all'arrivo, si sono resi disponibili con indicazioni e consigli. Possibile posteggiare l'automobile a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, in 10 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro.

Unica pecca: essendo inserito in un fabbricato antico con muratura in pietra risulta un po' difficile da scaldare in pieno inverno (abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di gennaio).

Posizione in luogo tranquillissimo, vicino al parcheggio, già circondato dall’architettura storica del posto.

Peccato per l’assenza del bidet, riscaldamento rumoroso (ma si risolve).
