Not good at all

The location

We went late in the evening and the apartment didn’t have hot water to take a shower , the room was cold and it has only a small bottle of water that was opened so we couldn’t use.The sofa bed wasn’t ready,we had to make the bed by ourselves and it was only a very thin mattress,so so uncomfortable that the kids couldn’t sleep at all.

Perfect for a Perugia Stay

The apartment was perfect for a few days stay in Perugia. The town is so nice and the apartment was right in the heart of the main area but since it's at the back of the building it was quiet for when we wanted to rest. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Perugia.

Great accommodation in a perfect location.

A very comfortable, very clean, quite modern little studio apartment, in a fantastic location in the centre of old Perugia.

A coffee/espresso machine would be a good idea. There was a moka pot and ground coffee, but we could not get the electric stove to work - no instructions. There was a kettle though.

Great apartment in the historic centre for self catering break.

Very well equipped apartment. Lots of cooking equipment and salt, oil etc. Self catering was perfect. Great location on the main street (but quiet) Good instructions for entry etc and interaction with host via whatsup during the stay. Minimetró means that it is convenient for trains etc even though it is in the historic centre.

We were happy, but it would be better if it was bigger and if there was an outlook/view - of which there is none. Fix the door! It's not quirky, it's just annoying.

Highly recommend this place for a short stay :)

The owner was extremely helpful and always responsive via Whatsapp! :) He also proposed some events to visit during our stay. The location is awesome!! The bathroom was also lovely, modern and very spacious.

The building has no lift (we knew about this). Also, since the garbage is kept in the entrance hall of the whole block, the smell is quite unpleasant in the common area (NOT in the apartment itself, which smelt lovely :) ). The roof in the room itself is made of wood and has quite a lot of flying wood insects.

Excellent location (could not imagine better one), communication with the owner very good and precize - so reaching the appartment was truely easy. The appartment itself cozy and clean with all the amenities you could need. It was smaller than expected, but for 2 people is absolutely suitable!

Excellent stay in a modern, clean studio in the heart of Perugia.

Excellent location. Right in the centre of town, close to many good cafes, bars and shops. The room had everything we needed - it was comfy, modern and clean. The host was helpful and contactable by message with anything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend it!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Perugia

The location is just excellent right in the middle of the old town and made us feel like locals in Perugia. great use of space in the apartment - we were 2 adults and 2 kids for a very short stay and this worked very well for us. would absolutely stay here again. Michele was also a great host and communicated excellently!

We found the apartments easily. Great place. It is also home to the city’s main squares and attractions. The apartments are cozy, you can't hear the street noise. Just right for two people!

There is a slight lack of attention for the visitors - coffee, sugar ... But - everything else - lux!

Exceptional stay in a beautiful city!

The apartment is exceptional. It is beautiful, new, comfortable, cheap and in perfect location. We were lucky to find it and the host is very helpful.

Two small cons - no WiFi and the place is preferred for couples, not friends, since the shower is also part of the wall in the living room (bedroom). It’s rather cool but can be uncomfortable for friends ;).

Posizione comodissima in pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile (noi siamo arrivati dalla stazione centrale con il minimetrò). Monolocale completo di tutto e accogliente, anche il bagno curato e spazioso. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza di aspirapolvere e il necessario per rassettare nel caso in cui qualcuno si fermi per più giorni. Il proprietario gentilissimo, comunicazione veloce e precisa.

Antico e moderno sapientemente amalgamati con molto gusto

Posizione ideale rispetto tutte le attrattive turistiche della città, struttura comodissima da raggiungere dalla stazione. Appartamento ben accessoriato, nel cuore del centro storico, ma silenziosissimo. Quando interpellato Michele risponde celermente via Wzp e fa trovare acqua e una dotazione di base di caffè, zucchero, the e condimenti per cucina, oltre ai prodotti per l’igiene personale e per la pulizia dell’appartamento .

Solo un piccolo consiglio per gli ospiti come me e la mia amica non più giovani e quindi meno smart e poco intuitivi sull’uso di elettrodomestici a cui non si è abituati: conviene sempre lasciare una piccola guida cartacea sulle procedure da seguire.

Consigliatissimo

La posizione è centralissima, sul corso principal. Nonostante ciò l'appartamento è interno per cui non arrivano i rumori della strada. Il monolocale è piccolo ma completamente ristrutturato, molto accogliente e funzionale. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile

Delizioso monolocale in posizione a dir poco favolosa! Nel pieno del centro storico, con le principali attrazioni a due minuti a piedi! Arredamento e ristrutturazione top, in un contesto storico mozzafiato. Avevo aspettative alte ma siamo andati oltre! Super!

Forse a trovare il pelo nell' uovo la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, ma è un suggerimento che non nasce da delusioni, bensì dal mio essere maniaca della pulizia 😀

Ottima soluzione in pieno centro

Posizione centralissima. Monolocale accogliente, arredato con mobili moderni di gusto, megaschermo android e wifi. Particolare la doccia con trasparenze sulla camera.. Soffitto con travi a vista. Letto comodo. Le finestre si affacciano sui tetti pur essendo al primo piano ammezzato.
