Perfect location, unforgettable view

A perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday! The accommodation was spotless, spacious, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped. It’s just a step away from the lively city atmosphere, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The view is absolutely unique — a true highlight of our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the host was highly professional, attentive, and responsive. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return!

Beautiful apartment - highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about my stay. The apartment is beautiful (and very spacious), incredibly comfortable (and had every thing needed/great amenities), and in a perfect location (central but also quiet). Communication was clear and easy, and I would be very happy to stay here every time I come to Perugia.

Incantevole vista su Perugia da un punto strategico nel centro storico

Ci è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione e la vista dal giardino e in giardino stesso. La casa offre il massimo confort e trovare la giusta temperatura all'ingresso non è da poco. Il pozzo con il vetro a pavimento una chicca impagabile. Grazie

Tutto molto bello, forse troppe alternative di illuminazione che rendo il controllo dei tasti a tentativi. :-)

Super Lage - zentral und ruhig. Viel Platz, super Ausstattung, eigener Garten mit phantastischer Aussicht. Diverse Kaffee-Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten - mit großzügigem Vorrat. Gut funktionierende Heizung (November!). Check Inn und Check Out - einfaches Handling mit klaren Anweisungen/Fotos!

Posizione eccellente. Appartamento molto bello. All'interno c'era il necessario.

L'appartamento andrebbe curato maggiormente, sicuramente reimbiancato. È molto umido e odorava di chiuso e umido.

Eine wunderbare, sehr gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung mit Privatgarten direkt am Stadtzentrum.

Ausgezeichnete sehr ruhige Lage zwei Minuten zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum mit privatem Garten wo man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt hat. Sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat Platz und Licht, das Schlafzimmer ist angenehm kühl und dunkel zum Schlafen.

Sauberkeit am Boden könnte besser sein.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Perugia

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der Unterkunft, die sehr zentrumsnah lag und von wo alles fußläufig erreichbar war. Wir waren mit unserem Hund vor Ort, der den Garten geliebt hat. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Bellissimo e fornitissimo appartamento nel centro di Perugia

Posizione ottima, al centro di Perugia, il parcheggio comunque vicino (nonostante ZTL) e Tommaso disponibilissimo. Casa fornitissima di ogni cosa davvero.

Perfetto per visitare Perugia

Bellissimo appartamento esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Arredato con gusto. Fornito di tutto. È proprio nel centro storico della città. Un ringraziamento particolare a Tommaso che in pochissimo tempo ci ha risolto un problema da noi causato dopo che avevamo lasciato l'appartamento.
