Beautiful villa with amazing views. Perfect for large family or group.
This villa is all about the views. It is on a hill and looks across the valley at Assisi. I loved the French doors that opened onto every balcony. I could have stayed the entire day soaking in the views. The home has lots of areas where you may gather for quiet, or fun with others. The house is very family activity friendly. It has open and covered areas for BBQ's and parties. Perfect location for those visiting the hilltop towns of Umbria. Umbria rivals Tuscany in many ways.
The Europeans are used to showers without curtains or doors, but as an American, that was difficult. I would suggest they hang a curtain ring above the tub so a curtain could be added. The pool would have been great if not for the armies of thirsty mosquitoes. We never even went near the pool for fear of the bugs. BRING YOUR BUG REPELLANT! Note--you will encounter mosquitoes everywhere in Umbria and Tuscany in September. Just a note--The beds are firm. I prefer a softer bed so that was a concern for me.

Świetne miejsce i chętnie byśmy tam wrócili.
Gospodarze są mili i kontakt z nimi jest bardzo dobry. Dom jest duży, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i praktycznie urządzony. Ogród dookoła domu jest duży, ustawiony w nim jest niewielki basen. Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku. Mimo, że obiekt jest stosunkowo daleko od Perugii, to jest dobrze skomunikowany z miastem dzięki autobusom. Do przystanku jest 5 minut piechotą, ostatni autobus z Perugii odjeżdżał około godz. 22. Problemy z dojazdem mogą być tylko w czasie weekendu. W razie kłopotów trasę można też pokonać piechotą - ok. 45 minut.
Wszystko było świetne. Zaskoczyło nas tylko, że trzeba dopłacić za prąd - nie było to wyraźnie napisane albo nie doczytaliśmy. Nie zaważyło to jednak na ocenie - i tak byśmy ten obiekt zarezerwowali.

Heel mooie villa, proper, genoeg beddengoed en handdoeken, super wasmachine, zwembad, de tuin, goede airco, 2 koelkasten, super contact met Allesandro, sleutels, rondleiding , ophalen van de sleutels,
heeft niets met de villa te maken maar de vuilniskar had wel eens mogen langskomen ( wij verbleven er 11 nachten) en de vuilbakken zaten overvol
