The apartment is very clean and spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood, but at the same time close to the train station - you can walk there if you come by train. The historic center is four stops away by mini-metro. The metro station is behind the house, and there is a direct path there, accessible only to the residents of the house. We liked the comfortable mattresses on the beds, and I personally fell asleep instantly. An extraordinary advantage is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and a spacious, cozy terrace. Although it was still chilly in the mornings when we stayed in Perugia, I can imagine how nice it is to sit on the terrace on warm evenings. The owner of the apartment, Stefania, is very contactable and attentive, responds quickly (we communicated before our arrival), if we had any questions, she solved them. She recommended a taxi driver who can take you around the city and around, brought coffee capsules. There is a lot to see in and around Perugia, and we didn't have time to visit everywhere in five days, so we left it for the next visit. And this apartment is a good choice for a reasonable price.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Mini Metrostation. Die Altstadt kann in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Ein Supermercato bietet alles was man braucht. Ein abgesicherter Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin erfüllt Wünsche und die Kommunikation mit ihr ist blemlos.
