One of best stays we had so far

Everything was great about the accomodation and communication with the host. This place has everything necessary are much more than that. Location is just bit outside of city center to give you privacy and has beautifull view and surrounding. Marco (and his mom) is very kind and full of understanding and helped us even solve some issue we were having by our mistake. We are warmly recommending it and would gladly come back.

SEROTONINA PURA... BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO.

Dalla magnifica accoglienza e premura ricevuta dalla Signora Ranocchia, fino ad arrivare alla struttura ampia, confortevole, luminosissima e assolutamente riservata... al mattino la colazione nel giardino con vista Monte Subasio, la sera a farti compagnia delle magnifiche lucciole unite ad un cielo stellato creavano un relax impagabile... grazie e complimenti.

Relax e Serenità

Marco e Simona si sono dimostrate due splendide persone, ho apprezzato tantissimo la comunicazione, sono sempre stati reattivi su consigli, indicazioni e tutto. Simona ci ha accolto al ceckin e ci ha fatto vedere la casa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la zona è molto tranquilla e si respira una sensazione di relax e serenità. L'alloggio si trova in una posizione buona per visitare tutte le belle città umbre che ci sono vicino. Se dovessi tornare alloggerei nuovamente nella struttura di Marco e Simona.

Genoten in Umbrië, teleurgesteld over de accommodatie.

De centrale ligging van het huis. De ruimte in het huis.

De communicatie met de beheerder was minimaal; wel na vertrek een vraag op de app of we een 10 wilden geven in het review. De badkamers waren niet schoon en ook toe aan enige renovatie. In de zithoek (de bank) rook het zeer onaangenaam. De verlichting in de woonkamer is koud en hard. De televisie is voor Nederlanders niet bruikbaar zelfs niet met onze eigen Chromecast. De keuken was niet schoon, vriezer met dikke laag ijs, lades en kastjes niet schoon. De ramen zaten vol met vegen en vlekken. Één huissleutel was dermate gebogen dat deze niet meer bruikbaar was en de andere sleutel stond op doorbreken. De eettafel buiten was niet bruikbaar vanwege het ontbreken van stoelen; de tuin is niet onderhouden. Het parkeren op het terrein was moeizaam vanwege de drie auto’s van de eigenaar die daar ook geparkeerd staan hetgeen het veilig van het terrein rijden bemoeilijkte omdat je de auto niet kan draaien. Kortom een grondige poetsbeurt en onderhoud van het huis is geen luxe zeker niet gezien het feit dat dit als luxe accommodatie wordt aangegeven met de bijbehorende hoge prijs. Voor de tuin geldt ook dat onderhoud geen luxe is.

Bellissima casa

Casa bellissima. Grande, arredata in modo funzionale e moderno, dotata di tutti gli accessori. A ogni problema l' host è prontamente raggiungibile via telefono o WhatsApp. Situata in zona collinare a 10 minuti in auto dal centro storico (si lascia l'auto in uno dei parcheggi e poi si procede a piedi, utilizzando le scale mobili). Adatta anche per gruppi numerosi.

Casa espaciosa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy bien ubicada a pocos minutos de Perugia. La atención de Simona y Marco, excelente.
