It was perfect, view was dreamland

Appartment had some stinkbugs, but what can you expect its an agriturismo in greenery its normal, and they dont harm us, just let them be.

Secluded Umbrian Paradise

The property presents itself as a well established and secure property, which was comforting to us. Each of the units are placed strategically to give you a sense of privacy and with breath taking views of the valley. We utilized the private patio with table, chairs and umbrella most evenings for either dinner (prepared using the well equipped kitchen) and/or just passing the time. The unit was lovely and A/C top notch. Host was very accommodating and availed herself and her vast local knowledge everytime. The pool was AMAZING and provided much needed refreshment. Excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

While the room were ample in size and space and had sufficient and lovely storage, we chose to live out of our suit cases for our three nights. It could be helpful if there was a luggage rack or other piece of furniture to put our suitcases on, other than the floor.

Soooo many black flies in and around the room that we couldn’t eat or sleep , wifi internet connectivity poor, bathroom got flooded after every shower as curtain could not stop water overflowing- even after being careful showering, need shower enclosure, constant traffic heavy noise as room #5 seems to be facing the strada. Location address us not marked clearly.

A Magical Retreat

This place was exceptional. The pool and grounds were beautiful and restful. I was unexpectedly hospitalized in Perugia for 12 days, and my husband found this place as a transitional retreat before we flew back to the US. It was perfect in every way. The pool area was quiet with stunning views of the Umbrian countryside. It was magical and healing, and the sweet little alpacas roaming the grounds added to the magic. Valentina was a delight. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Valentina was kind, welcoming, and generous with her time and knowledge. Delicious breakfasts. Stunning views and countryside. Enjoyable walk down to San Martino in Campo. The pool is excellent. We really enjoyed meeting the cats and alpacas! Perugia is a fascinating and beautiful city to explore (and Valentina's recommendations helped us to make the most of it).

There is a bus stop but check the timetable carefully – it's probably better to hire a car. Booking.com sometimes presents info in a slightly confusing format, so I'd recommend making direct contact with Il Vecchio Mandorlo.

Amazing stay in nature and between animals

We had such a lovely stay! To anyone searching for a quiet and calm holiday in nature with the possibility to go to the nearby Perugia, this is your place! The host was very kind and helpful. There was a double booking but she offered us an upgrade without extra charge! The swimming pool was nice to cool down and the view from the pool and surrounding garden was absolutely beautiful. Many friendly (calm) animals such as cats and alpacas are running around the site, which we enjoyed a lot!

We would like to have stayed for longer!

Perfect stay

The property was perfectly situated, incredibly clean and well equipped apartments, spectacular views over the valley towards Assisi. Pool was fantastic, garden is beautiful. valentina was friendly informative and always available Honestly we couldn’t have had a more wonderful time. The alpacas were a bonus x

Vacanza bellissima!

Posizione ottima e bellissima la vista dalla piscina. La proprietaria Valentina è gentilissima e disponibile, e i tanti gatti ci hanno fatto molta compagnia. Appartamento pulito e letti comodi. Siamo stati benissimo ,torneremo sicuramente!

Geweldige plek om te relaxen na cultuurhistorische uitstapjes in het hart van Umbrie!

Fantastisch zwembad, uitzicht op Assisi dicht bij Perugia en Assisi, hulpbereidheid van Valentina, appartement met terras, we kregen een gratis upgrade en mochten laat uit chequen.

Ottimo soggiorno!

Struttura molto bella e pulita, vicinissima a Perugia e comoda per raggiungere altri luoghi di interesse come Assisi o Spello. Dispone di una piscina molto grande e di un piccolo allevamento con tre alpaca. La proprietaria è disponibile e accogliente. Consigliatissimo!!!

Localização, atenção e presteza da Valentina em atender as demandas, beleza da região, local muito bonito e florido, muito agradável.

Como queríamos tranquilidade, curtir o campo italiano e fazer algumas refwicoes no hotel sentimos falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, facas de cozinha, por exemplo e produtos de limpeza, mas isto não nos atrapalhou.

L'agriturismo Il Vecchio Mandorlo si trova in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Perugia e dintorni. Ad accoglierci c'era Valentina che ci ha mostrato la camera e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. L'appartamento era molto spazioso, pulito ed accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Unica pecca: avrei apprezzato molto trovare in cucina almeno l'essenziale (olio e sale).
