Not bad for a last-minute booking

We booked this apartment the day before arrival, so we were glad to be able to stay there, even despite the numerous problems + Big bright beautiful apartment. Spacious kitchen-dining room, one standard size bedroom, one small bedroom, bathroom and large corridor + The apartment have almost everything you need: 3 large bottles of water in the fridge, a lot of soap, gel and shower caps. The kitchen has dishwashing detergents, salt, sugar, coffee and everything for cooking + Feeling like at home because initially the apartment was furnished for owners themselves, not for rent to tourists + The owner meets guests right on the street, explains where to leave the car, accompanies from the parking to the apartment. Always in touch and ready to help + There is a parking place in the underground garage which is very important for a vacation in the big city + Nearby there is a supermarket (in the same building) and the city center is not far away (from the window we saw the church in the old town)

- Daily problems with water at any time of the day: 2 minutes it’s ok, then 2 minutes of cold water, 1 minute of boiling water and again normal water and so on. It was very difficult to take a shower and impossible to wash long hair or bathe a child - Insects on the walls and on the floor in all rooms where there are windows (probably appeared due to humidity). There was even a huge snail on the window in the kitchen (how did it come up on the third floor?) - Bad cleaning! Hair of all colors and lengths (not of one person) on the towels and on the floor. The bed was made so that the sheet touched the floor. The things of past guests were everywhere - remains of shampoos, shower gels, toilet rolls, even an egg in the fridge! There was a lot of junk in the cupboards. Dirty chair seats and dirty waste-stand, splattered new (!) fridge - Towels were old and stained, we had only one large towel for 2 guests - The bathroom shower stall leaked and there weren’t enough towel hangers (we found a special towel dryer, but there weren’t place to put it in the bathroom) - The area around the building seemed dangerous. You can only arrive by car and go up to the apartment from the garage, better not to walk on the streets - Dishwasher didn't work, although it was in the description on Booking - Poor noise isolation: even at night the neighbors screamed, moving furniture, the dog barked - Air conditioners in both rooms blow directly on the beds - Too many home fragrances in rooms and wardrobes, so you can have allergy - There is no wi-fi in the apartment, but it wasn’t a problem for us

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i beni necessari. Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per la notte dell’ultimo dell’anno. A soli 5min di macchina sei già in centro, altrimenti di giorno si può utilizzare la mini metro. Dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo.

Piccola pecca sono i termosifoni che fanno un po’ di fatica a riscaldare l’ambiente ma penso che ci possa stare dato che quel giorno facevano -2 gradi

Molto consigliato

Oltre alla gentilezza, simpatia, disponibilità del proprietario e all'estrema pulizia dell'ampio appartamento, come vantaggi ci sono: la vista su una parte di Perugia centro il garage privato chiuso il bus davanti a casa che porta alla stazione, che è comunque, volendo, raggiungibile a piedi un supermercato nello stesso stabile, si può scendere e fare la spesa senza attraversare la strada

Appartamento appena ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort in quartiere poco distante dalla strada provinciale. Stazione minimetro a 10 Min di camminata. Proprietario persona squisita

Appartamento spendente

Casa nuova e splendente nel vero senso della parola. Host garbato che ci ha riservato addirittura 2 posti auto nel garage sotterraneo. Nell'abitazione abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Oltre a tutta la biancheria anche acqua di cortesia, caffè, tè, tisane, sale, zucchero, olio, sapone per piatti da poter utilizzare. Supermercato sotto casa per comprare generi di prima necessità. Consiglio di mettere sul navigatore il nome del supermercato e di scendere in auto da via Sicilia. Comodo anche per chi viene con il treno.

Tutto bellissimo...piccolo neo... solo di non essere in pieno centro e la minimetrò che si raggiunge in 6 minuti a piedi chiude alle 21, pertanto una sera siamo scesi a piedi dal centro e la strada non è bella ed anche lunga ( una mezz'oretta). Quindi o si sale in macchina o si deve cercare un bus alternativo. Comunque consigliatissimo.

La ducha no calentaba, llamamos a los anfitriones que no han resuelto el problema. No hay WiFi. No es acerca del centro de la ciudad y volver por la noche no parece seguro.

駅、ミニメトロ駅から近く、隣にスーパーもあってとても快適でした。また、チェックインの時もオーナーのお父様が時間ぴったりに迎えにきてくれ、スムーズでした。チェックアウトの際もお父様が時間ぴったりに鍵を取りにきて、素敵な笑顔で対応していただきました。また、お部屋も明るく綺麗で洗濯機も新しく使いやすかったです。

Prachtig appartement

Een prachtig appartement met goed bed en goede douche. Vriendelijke gastheer. We zijn naar pizzeria Trattoria Il Morales gegaan. Een aanrader.

We vonden de buurt zelf wat minder. We moesten even wachten op de gastheer en ondanks de instructies was het adres eerst niet helemaal duidelijk. Direct na de supermarkt moet je rechts naar de parkeergarage van de supermarkt gaan. Dat is niet de garage van het appartement, maar daar buiten kun je veiliger wachten qua verkeer.

Confort di nome e di fatto consigliatissimo ai motociclisti!

L'appartamento è molto comodo ha due belle camere è pulito e ristrutturato di recente, inoltre non si sente il traffico presente in zona, e soprattutto gode di un parcheggio condominiale chiuso che per noi che eravamo in moto è stata una cosa graditissima!

E' un po' difficile da trovare, non si capisce dove bisogna fermarsi perché l'ingresso è di fronte a una strada dove è difficile fermarsi, una volta capito grazie al parcheggio condominiale è tutto facile.
