I can absolutely recommend this place!

A beautifully furnished big apartment, with parking space; a supermarket just around the corner and the mini-metro ( 4 stops right to the beautiful old part of the city) 10’ walk away. All this contributed very much to our exceptional family holiday! If I could give 11 I would ! And Gloria has an answer and advice for everything. Thank you Gloria for looking after us so well.

Lovely stay in Perugia

Nice apartment with lots of space inside and even more on the terrace! The location is great as it’s near the train station and the mini metro that will take you up the hill to the city center. The apartment is clean and the host Gloria is very helpful! We needed some guidance and Gloria responded quickly with good advice!

Sleek, comfortable and stylish pad in Perugia

The apartment is bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has three bedrooms with the added en-suite in one. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and two also balconies with sitting areas. The best feature for me was the huge terrace with a lounge area and a dining area. The hostess was very communicative and friendly. I would not hesitate to come back again or recommend to friends.

On a slight negative note although the area is perfect if one arrives by train or has a car (parking facilities opposite), it is about 30 minutes to the city centre on foot. Busses are available nearby.

Wonderful family base to explore the area.

Fabulous space inside with a lovely large terrace. Location was great to get mini metro into old city or drive and explore the region.

Was a bit tricky to find first time as the building number not obvious on arrival.

Pleasant stay

Location is good, near to main train station and supermarket. Everything listed is functioned well. Host is responsive. Place is clean and big.

. It is bit noisy in the morning like 7am onward due to cars from the street side . There is no sound proof and neighbors are very noisy both late at night and early morning too. . Instruction on how to get to the apartment could have been clearer to mention the underpass at the train station. The underpass is dirty. . The surrounding area does not feel very safe, it is mostly empty and a bit dark in the evening. . Not the most logically design, such as kitchen basin is next to television so need to be careful when washing to avoid water splashing, the place is spacious but except the big bedroom there is not much space to keep big luggage inside the room but to leave in the living room.

Un weekend perfetto!

Appartamento situato nella zona della Stazione di Perugia Fontivegge. Molto vicino alla fermata della minimetro (5 minuti a piedi) che permette di raggiungere il centro con facilità. Un esperienza incredibilmente positiva, grazie anche alla professionalità e disponibilità di Gloria, che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie prima del nostro arrivo. Le camere sono spaziose e i letti (tutti matrimoniali) sono comodissimi. La casa é fornita di tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. Per il nostra prossima visita a a Perugia cercheremo assolutamente di soggiornarci nuovamente.

L'appartamento è in una buona posizione sia per i mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il centro storico sia per il supermercato e bar, anche il parcheggio per l'auto è stato facile da trovare e sicuro.

Ho trascorso tre giorni benissimo come se avessi alloggiato nella mia abitazione

C'era tutto l'occorrente per fare il caffè e il the o tisane per iniziare bene la giornata. Appartamento ben pulito con stanze confortevoli e spaziose. Prodotti per il bagno ottimi . L'appartamento è dotato di una veranda grandissima con tavoli, sedie brandine. Televisore nel soggiorno grandissimo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto

Bellissimo appartamento ben collegato al centro

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per diversi giorni ed è stata un’esperienza assolutamente positiva. La casa è grande e spaziosa, completa di tutti gli accessori, ben organizzata e pulita, l'arredamento moderno e confortevole. Bellissimo il terrazzo attrezzato. Ottima la posizione: strada tranquilla, a poca distanza dalla stazione, centro storico comodamente raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Gloria, la proprietaria, è sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è grande accogliente e ben strutturato, cucina funzionale e la terrazza è un'ambiente molto utile e confortevole per apprezzare le giornate temperate, struttura che potremmo utilizzare di nuovo durante i nostri soggiorni lavorativi. Il parcheggio sottostante è comodo e si trova sempre disponibilità in tutte le fasce orarie.

Simplemente perfecta

Todo!!! Gloria no puede ser más atenta y dispuesta para que la estancia sea perfecta. Le pedí un favor y no dudó en ayudarme. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, yo diría que mejor. La terraza una gozada para descansar tras un día precioso por Perugia. Muy limpia, cuidada y con detalles de cortesía que se agradecen mucho. Sin duda volvería!!
