LE BALZE is a true oasis of peace, silence and nature, about 1km away from all useful shops and services.
Ideal location for COUPLES looking for relaxation or tourism and for FAMILIES with children: PARK with secluded corners, large lawns, swimming pool. For the kids, OUTDOOR GAMES (swing, volleyball net, ...) and facilities for the little ones (high chairs, cribs, ...). PARKING within the fenced property, gate with REMOTE CONTROL. Free WIFI in the house and in the garden.
SWIMMING POOL open from April to October (with micro-filtered salt water), attached covered porch with relaxation area, toilet and OUTDOOR HOT SHOWERS.
The apartment IL MELOGRANO has EXCLUSIVE use of a large VERANDA WITH OUTDOOR KITCHEN (bbq, stove, sink) and dining table. TWO BEDROOMS: one double and one with two beds (with the possibility of adding a third bed). Bathroom with shower cabin. Kitchen. Very large LIVING ROOM with dining table, armchairs, DOUBLE SOFA BED. Windows with MOSQUITO NETS. In every room there are FANS and THERMOSTATIC VALVES.
The property Le Balze hosts THREE APARTMENTS: Le Rose (2+2 guests), Il Melograno (4+2 guests), Il Rustico (3+3 guests) and two B&B ROOMS in the hosts' villa. The swimming pool (with the attached porch) and the park are SHARED.
The HOSTS: The hosts (a teacher of Italian as a foreign language and a doctor) live in the property: they guarantee assistance for any need, while maintaining the utmost discretion and observing the privacy of their guests. They are passionate about art and tourism, so they are able to advise you in organizing your itineraries. They speak ITALIAN, ENGLISH, GERMAN and FRENCH.
SERVICES IN THE SURROUNDINGS: Immersed in nature, but a stone's throw from the heart of the city, very close to all services and shops. At 1200 meters, the Montebello neighborhood (2 minutes by bus heading south): pharmacy, post office with ATM, supermarket (with delicatessen and pastry shop, open on Sunday mornings), bar, newspapers and tobacconist. At 800 meters (2 minutes by bus heading downtown) a small supermarket and an excellent butcher specializing in local products. At 1500 meters, in via della Pallotta (4 minutes by bus) a large store of organic products and foods (also gluten-free). Perugia TRAIN STATION is 3.5 km away; from the station take the Minimetrò and then the bus (line E). Perugia AIRPORT is 12.5 kilometers away. Taxi and car rental service.
