Lovely, quiet, stay near charming cities.

It is a wonderful place, well taken care of. And so much space on the grounds. The appartment itself was also lovely and spacious. Valentina and her husband are lovely hosts, they are so kind.

We loved it all. Perhaps we disliked that we had to leave.

Valentina is great and very helpful indeed. Accommodation is well equipped, clean and spacious for 2. Our stay was very comfortable. Location is good too, but a bit difficult to find initially. Would highly recommend if one has a car.

Our stay at Le Balze was extremely wonderful..nothing to complain. Valentina the host was really nice and helpful. Our apartment was very comfortable..wish we stayed more days there. Located in a very quiet place and nearby to centre and airport..will definitely stay at this place when visiting Perugia...thank you Valentina,hope to see you soon xxxx

Nähe an Perugia (6min mit dem Auto). Größe der Wohnung. Jede der 4 Wohnungen hat eigene Terrasse. Wunderschöner Garten (fast eine Parkanlage) mit verschiedenen ausreichend Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und schönem Pool

Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, diese könnte sauberer sein (vor allem Kühlschrank). (Bad ist neu und sauber, auch der Rest der Wohnung)

Oase der Ruhe für den Kultur- und Naturliebhaber

Wir haben eine kleine Ferienwohnung in einer größeren Ferienanlage gewählt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und bietet viel Platz für Ruhe und Entspannung. Er ist sehr stimmungsvoll und gepflegt. Gleichzeitig liegt die Unterkunft zentral gelegen in Umbrien. So haben wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Umbrien gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Anlage. So können sie bei Fragen schnell helfen. Wir haben sie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich erlebt. Die Dame des Hauses spricht sogar gutes Deutsch.

Wir haben überlegt, ob wir nicht mit 9 0der 10 bewerten sollen. Denn die Gastgeber selbst haben es verdient. Sie geben sich viel Mühe. Doch die Qualität der Küchenausstattung sowie die der Matratzen hat noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Insbesondere wenn man schon um die 60 ist, geraten diese Punkte in den Blick.
