Great base in Perugia Old Town

A lovely, cool apartment away from the Italian heat. Also a great location, with the escalators just down the road...saved the legs a little!

The house is central and a short walk to the city centre and also the mini metro station which takes you to the train station. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need. I fell in love with the garden! The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Very good apartment with very good equipment!. Everything what will need is on the place, very clean. The location is very convenient but watch out for the steep climb to the old town. I would really recommend!

Perfect location next to the city centre entrance . Rooms are clean with very comfortably beds and own bathrooms. Owner is very kind and helpful. There were no problem with early chcek-in ( 10:00) and also check out (6:00)

Quiet, clean and comfy 3 bedroom apartment with separate entrance from the street. Excellent choice for friends up to 6. Safe pay parking 80 m walk, next to the escalator to the old town and to the mini-metro. Bus stops within 15 m in both directions. Antonio, the host is a true gentleman, he's very attentive and extremely helpful.

If you like to sleep with a slightly open window, the bedroom next to the street might be a bit noisy.

Everything was perfect. Very nice apartment. Each room has a bathroom fully equipped. We had a little problem, but the owner helped us very quickly. Totally recommended.

Esperienza molto positiva

La posizione è ottima, si arriva in centro a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa è molto comoda e accogliente: ci sono tre stanze, ognuna con bagno in camera, e una cucina. I letti sono comodi, nei bagni erano presenti sapone per le mani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma e la cucina è ben attrezzata nel caso in cui si voglia mangiare qualcosa a casa. L'host è stato molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in prima delle 15 e ci ha fornito informazioni utili per visitare la città.

Appartamento bello, comodo, pulito e funzionale in posizione eccellente vicino a parcheggio e alle scale mobili per il centro città. Noi, nonna, genitori, due ragazzi e una cagnolina, siamo stati benissimo.
