Impeccable. 3 large rooms each with its own bathroom, well separated and with keys for privacy. The kitchen has everything one needs and a large table. And the location is perfect to explore Perugia and beyond. We highly recommend it.
The only thing to know for visitors is that the living room/TV room, though easily accessible to all, is part of one of the suites.

posizione vicino alle scale mobili che accedono al centro storico di Perugia - facilità di parcheggio dell'auto lungo la strada e comunque vicinissimo un ampio parcheggio a pagamento
Peccato la poca pulizia in generale - mobili piuttosto impolverati nella zona cucina compreso i pensili della stessa cucina - Siamo stati quattro notti senza cambio di asciugamani e teli doccia considerando le giornate di caldo con più docce durante il giorno

Fantastic location. Lovely spacious flat with great bedrooms all en suite. Air conditioning a big plus.
Only issue was the crockery and glasses in the kitchen weren’t very clean and we had to wash lots before use.
