Nice, comfortable apartment close to the train station.

Perfect size apartment for one or two people. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Close to the train station. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice to enjoy coffee on. Hosts were very accommodating, helping me check-in early and also checking on me throughout my stay. Also their recommendations for food were excellent! the Porchetta is the best I've had!

A bit far from the old town center, which is UP the hill. Thankfully the "mini metro" has a stop very close. The hosts should let guests know about this on arrival, as I didn't know until my third day. Also pay attention to the price, the listed price excludes a lot of items including extra fees for water, heat and power, which is a first on Booking for me and more than doubled the total cost of my stay... yes, my fault for not noticing at booking, but would be better if this was just part of the price in general.

Fillipo is a most considerate host

well equipped, clean, with a supply of excellent coffee capsules for an easy to use machine

the door lock. we found it impossible to turn the key without the use of the small spanner on my Swiss Army knife but a younger man than me may have had less difficulty.

Very friendly and helpful owner, very convenient location (close to minimetro, train station, and big supermarket), and the apartment equipped with everything you need. Next time being in Perugia for sure will stay there!

Excellent flat to stay, and wonderful hosts, very helpful in every situation and offering much support and information.

Some of the apartments probably face neighbouring higher buildings, so you may be deprived of the view; and also there is occasionally noise from the the area nearer to the train station; but these are minor things.

Super friendly service!

While not in the old town, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from both the minimetro and the train station, so is perfect as a base for exploring the area. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the owner, Filippo, took great care of us - he knows all the good restaurants and wine bars :-) We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect Perugia

Our host was so accommodating and met us at the apartment. We enjoyed this modern and sparkling clean apartment. The train station and supermarket are very close as well as the minimetro to easily travel into the city. We stayed a whole week and would have happily stayed longer!
