Central, Cheap and Clean

The property was well-located, very clean and reasonably priced.

We were given two teabags for a four days stay and no coffee. We also ran out of toilet rolls, so had to find a supermarket. At times we could here neighbours talking, on the phone and moving furniture or something that sounded like it!

Very good value in the heart of Perugia centro storico, wonderful spacious rooms tastefully decorated, a great big bathroom and shower (always a nice surprise in Italy!) with all the amenities you would find in a hotel. The room was more impressive in person and I loved the balcony although it was shared. Host was super responsive and helpful.

The directions on where and how to enter the apartment are a little confusing even with the photos and videos, especially for tired travellers who are just arriving.

Awesome location and clean facilities

Amazing location, very clean, nice facilities. While off the main street, the apartment is surprisingly quiet (though thin walls/door means you hear the people in the neighboring apartment if they are loud).

The only issue was that the shower/water didn't work for part of one day. I'm guessing this was some technical problem, and doesn't happen often, if ever, but bad luck that it happened to me during one day of my conference (so I couldn't shower). The owner communicated regularly, but it took until the afternoon to solve. As I said, otherwise the apartment and location were perfect, but I have to mention the water issue since it happened.

Perugia is a great city and so many things are just outside your door.

The location is great and such an easy access from Perugia train station. Just take the mini metro for 1.5 Euro, and then a 5 minute walk to Venucci. I actually cooked and everything that I needed was there. A grocery store was nearby but there are so many restaurants just outside the door.

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location in the centre of Perugia couldn’t have been better and the terrace was lovely. The communication with staff was excellent and they did everything they could to make our stay in Perugia perfect.

Fabulous location. Spacious apartment. Super clean. Bang in the centre of historic Perugia. Walking distance to restaurants, shops. Very helpful host (Pina) who responded immediately. Lovely to have the balcony (shared), but we were the only users.

Superb accommodation, in beautiful, ancient Perugia.

Super clean, comfortable, and right in the centre of old/upper Perugia. The location on one of the main squares could not have been better for cafes, bars and restaurants - as well as transport options like the Mini-Metro station (via a handy lift) and airport bus.

Modern apartment in the very heart of Perugia

Brand new apartment in the very heart of Perugia. Fully-equipped kitchen with a tea-pot, dining table and modern TV. Our late contactless check-in (after midnight) went smoothly. We were also allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The host sent us detailed instructions and warned about restrictions in the center due to New Year’s concert. Big and clean apartment.

A lovely staying, definitely recommended for couples

It's a fully furnished apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment is not luxury, but: it's in a perfect location, super central near all historical and cultural attractions, and surrounded by restaurants; it's comfortable, fully equipped, and seems recently decorated; it's very clean and pleasant to live in, with a lovely terrace (shared with other two apartments, which were empty when I was there). Despite its central location (the main gate is on the main street and square of Perugia), the apartment is quiet. Great price for the value. The host was extremely supportive, from the initial check-in (automatic but very intuitive) to the check-out.

The temperature could have been a bit warmer, but overall was alright.

Lovely stay in a beautiful quiet modern apartment right in the old town centre.

the location was absolutely fantastic and the host was kind and gracious. When we struggled to enter the apartment he arrived to help and even carried up our bicycles for us. And he recommended the best restaurant. We were very grateful to him.

the finish in the bedroom, the wires should be covered up the curtain rail should be fixed the door frame should be secured properly and the host should be more explicit on how to get the keys to the room and also explain about parky

Central location. Light airy room. WiFi worked, good shower. Good to have fridge and kettle. It was just a room with minimal services but suited me in an expensive location.

Nothing to dislike. The terrace was shared between 3 rooms which is fine so long as your sharers don't talk loudly and scrape chairs and so on along it after midnight in which case not fine. No staff to comment on. Cleaning lady was friendly, spoke only Italian and was overwhelmed when several guests arrived at once. All in all good value.
