Vannucci House

Location was great, couldn’t be more central! Our first time in Perugia and had no idea where anything was but brilliant choice. The mini metro was so convenient, every couple of mins and just two euro - very convenient way to get to main train station for day trips to other towns such as Assisi - highly recommended. The apartment had everything you needed, air con was an unexpected delight given the heatwave. Clean, tidy, comfortable bed. Others commented on the shower and the corridor lights. The corridor does have good lighting but you need to switch the lights on as they are on a timer. The shower is good, but maybe difficult to leave in position as the water force is strong but not a problem for us as we held the shower arm. The terrace is a nice facility shared with 2 other apartments and typical of Perugia looks out over other apartments/restaurant. Despite being so central there was no noise. There is no oven but hob and microwave and toaster/kettle.

A modern accomodation in an old house very very close to the beautiful center of the old town.! Very peaceful and clean. Easy check in thanks to detailled information from the host. Grazie!

Perfect location in the middle of old city, 5 mins walk to Pincetto stop for mini metro, 3 mins to PAM grocery store, practically near everything. Spacious apartment with modern furniture and nice terrace. Easy check in instructions sent by host. We stayed in apt Grifo.

The property was well-located, very clean and reasonably priced.

We were given two teabags for a four days stay and no coffee. We also ran out of toilet rolls, so had to find a supermarket. At times we could here neighbours talking, on the phone and moving furniture or something that sounded like it!
