Excellent location just a block away from the old city square. The apartment was on the second floor and faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet. Quite a number of steps to the floor but a lift is available. In the apartment was Aircon, a small but useful kitchen and a large bathroom. We arrived by bus from the airport so we didn't need a car...it's an easy journey of escalators from the bus station to Piazza Italia (there are 2 bus stations...so be careful which one)

When the sofabed is being used there's limited room in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped but eggcups and a kettle would be nice additions. We boiled eggs every morning and tea before leaving.

Ein wunderbares kleines Apartment, das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Gasse und doch nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum ist bestechend. Das digitale Schließsystem via App hat bestens funktioniert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Unsere wenige Fragen wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit freundlichst beantwortet. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung in einem anderen Jahr in Perugia wieder nehmen . Wer mit dem Auto anreist, dem empfehlen wir das Parkhaus Parcheggio Saba Piazzale Europa. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis für eine Woche sicheres, schattiges Parken ist dort angemessen.

Es gibt nur ein Fenster auf einen (malerischen) Hinterhof. Dadurch ist das Apartment recht dunkel. Dafür ist die elektrische Beleuchtung recht ausgeklügelt und sorgt für interessante Lichteffekte.

Appartement is heel centraal gelegen, vlakbij Piazza Italia, waardoor alles vlot bereikbaar is. Het is verzorgd, proper en gerieflijk.

Er blijkt wifi te zijn, maar helaas konden we met onze gsm niet connecteren. De deur open en sluit je via gsm, maar door het oude gebouw is internet niet altijd beschikbaar wat de werking bemoeilijkt.
