Cozy Flat 308 in the Heart of Perugia

The location is perfect, right in the historic center with easy access to all public transport. The apartment is calm, spotlessly clean, well-organized,with a modern layout, a features an exceptionally comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was good, and all necessary instructions were provided well in advance.

However, there is a strange, some "chemical" smell throughout the open space, likely coming from the living area's floor covering; replacing it with the bedroom's flooring would be a great upgrade. Also, the exposed electrical wires and boxes should be properly secured, as they are a tripping hazard and easy to damage.

Per famiglia 3/4 persone è perfetto

Niente da dire

Excellent location just a block away from the old city square. The apartment was on the second floor and faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet. Quite a number of steps to the floor but a lift is available. In the apartment was Aircon, a small but useful kitchen and a large bathroom. We arrived by bus from the airport so we didn't need a car...it's an easy journey of escalators from the bus station to Piazza Italia (there are 2 bus stations...so be careful which one)

When the sofabed is being used there's limited room in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped but eggcups and a kettle would be nice additions. We boiled eggs every morning and tea before leaving.
