The unit was clean and has everything we needed. The owners are very helpful , check in was smooth, I requested for extra pillows and they made sure I have them. After a couple of days our coffee maker stopped working and they made sure to get it replaced so we're able to have relaxed breakfasts in the apartment. The location is excellent! It's right in the city center but a bit far from all the loud music, close to the escalators going down the hill, close to mini metro, and there's a pam local supermarket nearby. Though slow, there is an elevator which is a big help with luggages. A big plus is the air conditioner in every room ! There was a heatwave when we were there and we were so grateful for the a/c in the unit.
Very minor, but I wish there's something to hold soap, shampoo, etc in the showerz even just a little holder maybe attached to the shower. Not a deal breaker, just minor inconvenience

Wonderful little home to explore Perugia from. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice clean bathroom all made for a great stay. Being able to prepare a few meals at home helped save some money on the holiday too.
There’s a LOT of steps so wait for the host to give you access to the lift (which is excruciatingly slow but better than stairs with luggage).
