Sehr schnuckelige, mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung, super gelegen, zum längeren Verweilen einladend.

Der Parkplatz war leider nicht für tiefer gelegte Autos geeignet.

La posizione vicino alla città di Perugia, ai negozi e alla stazione.

Non mi ero reso conto, al momento della prenotazione, che la struttura non aveva l'aria condizionata. C'era solo un ventilatore.

Contatto diretto con l’host che ci ha accolto di persona e che ci ha spiegato come entrare nel parcheggio attraverso le tortuose vie del centro. Pulizia degli ambienti e biancheria in abbondanza. Zona giorno ben organizzata con comodo divano. Zona notte molto spaziosa adatta anche per lunghi soggiorni.

The location is amazing, the apartment is a short walk from the center. The apartment is new and offers parking, albeit an interesting experience to enter the parking lot. Bed was decent.

The host provided the wrong address, didn’t speak English, and didn’t apologize with all the confusion. The apartment is a typical case of a rushed renovation for tourism with a lot of corners cut. Bathroom is frankly poor (the mirror is way too low, shower leaks), kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum (don’t expect to properly cook, despite the pictures). The stairs to the bedroom have varying step heights and wouldn’t pass any modern building codes, which is extremely dangerous when you need to go out at night.
