Bartolo Apartment

Spacy apartment with comfy bed and unusually well equiped and brightly!!! lighted bathroom. Air condition functioned well even at outside temperature 32 degrees. Located in the very centre of old city apartment is convenient for sightseeing. That has a price to pay. It is very noisy up to 4 o'clock in the morning. But Umbria Jazz Festival was the reason we came to Perugia, so we enjoyed the vibe arround and usually were too tired to bother abot the noice. You need to install an app on your phone to control massive doors to the building. It's Ok, but if the internet is weak (and that happend for me one evening) then an app does not load the controls of locks. It gives unnecesary stress. Too many things depend on the phone and internet these days - bookings, payments, tickets and now even access to your bedroom in the end of the day, when the phone's battery is low and you are tired. Communication with the host was outstanding!

A small fridge to cool water and the knife to peel an apple or cut the fruits would be nice.

Central location, clean spacious comfortable apartment

For future guests.... Entry is by mobile phone app to activate gates and doors (secure!), as other reviews note it is a central location, so some street life can be heard (we'd still stay again), private cars appear to be blocked from accessing central city areas (we arrived and left by taxi, which worked well)

L’appartamento che è delizioso, arredato con gusto e con stile. La posizione centralissima, alle spalle di di Piazza Danti (pieno centro storico) ci ha permesso di girare comodamente e di raggiungere tutti i punti della città (turistici e logistici come ad esempio la mini metro). Maria è una persona squisita, gentile e disponibile nel comprendere le esigenze che una famiglia può avere. Bartolo Apartment e il suo staff sono un sicuro punto di stile e di riferimento
