Black mould in bathroom!! Health hazard

The location is very close to the city centre.the flat is generally a good size.

The bathroom is disgusting, black mould everywhere, and the smell is awful, which carries throughout the flat.the shower was also leaking. The property below is carrying out refurbishment, so at 8 a.m., every morning, there was drilling.there was bo mention of this on booking.com, the sound was very loud and we were unable to put out baby to sleep in the apartment. The apartment is very dirty, clumps of dust in every corner. There are no instructions by the host on what to do with rubbish. Lightswitch for corridor doesn't work. the tv remote didn't work. Cupboards are all in a bad state and looks like doors will fall off soon. Kettle and coffee machine unusable and covered in limescale. Ironing board had stains all over it, iron was leaking water. In general, I can tell this apartment was probably nice about 5 years ago but has not been maintained and cleaned well. As I had a young baby with me, I feel it's unacceptable to have a bathroom with mould for customers

Nice and very central location

Very central location, just a bit noisy during the night considering that was very hot with no air conditioner just a fan. Automatic check in and keys collected from a lock box but host replied quickly

Pleasant

Nicely decorated 2 bedroom apartment. Fairly good location.

No air conditioning in bedrooms which was difficult with weather in med to high 90's Fahrenheit. We had a frustrating experience since apartment manager doesn't speak Italian and did not readily respond to text or phone messages, unlike the warm response we received elsewhere in Italy.

I would use three words: Clean, Comfortable, Cosy

The flat was simple to run and provided with many comforts. Clean and well lit. Essential and comfortable furniture and well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee making machine etc.).

The noise, mainly human voices, from the street at night especially before midnight. But then one can understand since it was located in a very central area!

nice accomodation in a super location

Super location. Just 200 meters away from the town centre • 2 bedrooms + 1 Sofa bed • Good beds • Proper shutters on the windows (you can make it really dark) • Kitchen has what you need • Was very clean • Good bathroom including washing machine • Nicely decorated Bonus tip. We parked in the “Parcheggio Saba Sant'Antonio” and walked our luggage to the accommodation. Yes its 400m and its uphill so travel light but it saves you navigating the small streets in Perugia that are sometimes not open (TLC zone…)

The noise from the road can be heard. Its not much traffic but sometimes its noticeable, Also people walk back to the car park that way. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Wasn’t all that bad and should be a lot less during the week

Locatie top. Appartement ruim en schoon. Geen airco, maar wel ventilatoren. Goede bedden.

Geluid in het straatje tot laat in de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend. Met open raam slapen is onrustig. Wat zonder airco wel nodig is.

Wenn man angekommen ist und hat die vorausgehenden Hürden überwunden: ein sehr schöner Platz!

Die Wohnung liegt im alten Zentrum von Perugia. Wer erst einmal angekommen ist, hat hier ein gutes Leben. Aber das Ankommen und die Prozedur vorher ist anstrengend.

Lästig war von Anfang an, dass wir keinen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufnehmen konnten. So bekamen wir auch keinen Hinweis auf die Schwierigkeiten, mit dem Auto an die Wohnung heranzufahren: Eine sehr enge steil abfallende Straße, an der ein Anhalten nicht möglich ist, um den nachfolgenden Verkehr zu blockieren. Die Kommunikation lief über eine endlos lange formale Mail. Darin wurde man u. a. aufgeforderrt, an einen vermittelnden Anbiete die Pässe per Scan zu schicken (Sicherheitsbedenken!), ohne dass erklärt wurde wofür das Ganze vor der Ankunft benötigt wird. Nach der Absendung bekamen wir dann Fotos und Nachrichten,wie und wo wir die Haustür öffnen und wo wir den Schlüssel für die Wohnung finden. Wenn der Vermieter das Verfahren transparent gemacht hätte,hätte das Urlaubsvergügen schon bei der Anfahrt beginnen können. So wurde es zu einem eine Stunde anhaltenden Stress.
