It was all so clean, modern and stylist. The location was excellent and the communication with the host was excellent. Nicola was so helpful and even gave great recommendations of local restaurants! I will definitely be recommending Nima Oberdan House to everyone!

Excellent! Don't look any further!

The apartment is recently renovated, modern, spotless clean (even a demanding guest like myself will be fully satisfied by the standards; you can smell the freshness of the linen) and centrally located; all landmarks, bars and restaurants of Perugia's historic center are 5 to 10 minutes walk. The owner has paid attention to all the little details that make the difference: has left for us a bottle of cold water in the fridge and coffee capsules so that we could enjoy our espresso upon arrival and even the toiletries were carefully chosen; shampoo and shower gel of high quality. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Thank you Nicola for offering us a lavishing stay; will be back!

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully laid out. We didn’t use the extra bedroom at all but we could see that a group of four would easily be accommodated. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere. The street has lots of options for dining and drinks. Is also very close to the main pedestrian corridor. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, you really couldn't ask for a better spot to stay in the center of Perugia. Very funky modern location. Very secure, and easy to get to. Walking distance from everywhere Easy to get to. Clean and tidy. Recommended for young couples, and small families.

Very loud, clunky hot water unit in the kitchen - turned on regularly in the middle of the night and woke the family. Missing a couple of simple kitchen appliances - no toaster, microwave, or kettle, not even a teatowel for drying dishes. Not a big deal for those looking to explore the beautiful cafe, restaurants and bars Perugia has to offer. Lots of stairs, great for your fitness - can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Lovely apartment in Perugia, very close to the Minimetro

A very nice apartment. So close to the Minimetro exit, we just needed to work out that you get off at Pincetto, take the elevator up to the top level, walk down the lane, then it’s just 2 minutes along on the left. Perfect position. Had everything we needed for cooking and we were really happy to be there. Perugia was a good place to take the train to Assisi and Spello, and had some nice walks in the town.

The only issue for me was the black keypad. I had to be very careful with the numbers, as it would double up and make my entry incorrect. I might be heavy handed though! It is a great way to enter the building and the apartment, particularly if a group of you.

Great location, just off Piazza Mateotti. Very quiet while very close to the busting city nightlife.

On the first morning there was renovation happening in the apartment next door since around 7am or earlier, so I couldn't really sleep. Luckily the apartment owner has raised the issue with the administration and we've had quiet mornings on the following days.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, dai negozi, dai ristoranti e da tutti i servizi. Abbiamo potuto esplorare il centro storico a piedi, passeggiando comodamente tra i vicoli caratteristici e scoprendo ogni angolo della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va all'host, che fin dal primo contatto, si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a fornire consigli preziosi per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno a Perugia. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un appartamento nel cuore pulsante di Perugia, senza rinunciare a un'accoglienza calorosa e attenta.

Preferisco gli alberghi agli appartamenti, ma Nina ha superato ogni aspettativa e l’assistenza da remoto del gestore vale più di 100 Reception. Nel cuore di Perugia, di fronte al mini metro, appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, dotato di tutto.

Occhio alla tastiera per l’accesso: un dispositivo nero che si illumina solo dopo averlo toccato (ci ho messo un po’ per individuarlo)
