BF Glam-Apartments

We loved our stay at BF Glam Apartments! The perfect place to stay in Perugia. Located centrally meant we could step out of the door and immediately feel the vibe of what was a very vibrant, but may be a slightly understated, city of Italy. The apartment was very spacious for 3 people, tidy, well equipped kitchen and recommendations for local restaurants were offered, with discounts attached. We were late in arriving but the host was very accommodating and responsive in communication. After travelling for 3 weeks, this accommodation stood out for the above reasons but also, breakfast was provided by sending us to the next door’s bakery, where we could choose what to have and then enjoy eating it within the authentic surroundings. (Very different to other ‘breakfast’ options that were offered from other booking.com establishments.) Such a simple gesture, but very much appreciated.

Just to be aware that the public parking was a good 10-15 minute walk uphill (elevators were included!) However, as we learnt over the weeks of our stay, this was fairly common in most of the historic areas to avoid driving through any ZTL zones.

Location, cleanliness, wonderful personal service, very comfortable bed.

Nothing substantial.

The room had everything anyone would need....very well equipped. Deborah went out of her way to help. We missed breakfast, as we did not understand what the "voucher " was......it did not state "Breakfast'...that should be written on the voucher for easy identity...so we were kindly refunded our breakfast money. Very central, and a lift. Easy to get to from the station and the mini metro.( just around the corner.)

Suggestion...details given to the clients could say " Number 5 is the big door of The tribunal" as there is nothing to donate the number 5 of the address. We had trouble with opening the "Safety door"....which would be a problem if there was fire...took us five mins to get out. Bed is very soft and was bad for the back...I slept on the sofa bed.....no trouble,

The property was all that we wanted for our two nights in Perugia. It was the perfect size for our family (two adults, one child), clean, nicely supplied, comfortable, and in the best location just steps away from everything we required. Deb was amazing, super responsive, extremely cordial, and just a delight to interact with. She answered all our questions, made us feel at home and helped out immensely on our trip. Highly recommended property!
