Excellent stay in Perugia

Perfect location just a few steps away from Rocca Paolina, yet very tranquille, the apartment looks most likely recently refurbished with very nice ambient and amenities (including a well fitted kitchen and a generous terrace), the elevator available is a also a plus if carrying heavy luggage, but above all Dante was an excellent host always available to help.

Comfortable and we'll equipped. Perfect for 2. Quiet area, yet close to all. Easy mini metro use. Huge patio to relax on our east dinner on.

Fabulous apartment once you get in.

Excellent apartment. Great facilities, great location. Could not fault the apartment.

The check in process was painful. It absolutely had to be done online. I could not make the process work for quite a while. Usually sending a photo of passports was sufficient but not for this apartment. Then there were the keys. There were none. Entry had to be done via an online link. So if you don’t have data or internet, or of your phone runs out of battery or you leave it inside you cannot get into the apartment. Host Dante was usually quick to respond to WhatsApp messages but it was still very inconvenient. Was as if the whole place was controlled by computer.

the location was excellent close to everything in the center. communication with property was very timely. good videos for getting into the property and using the elevator. very clean property would definitely recommend anf would stay there again.

Uprkos manjim tehničkim poteškoćama, boravak nam je bio prijatan i stan bismo preporučili drugima.

Stan je odličan, kao i lokacija na kojoj se nalazi. Dovoljno je prostran za dvoje odraslih i dijete od šest i po godina. Opremljen je svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Terasa je predivna i sigurno posebno doprinosi ugođaju kada je toplo – nama vrijeme, nažalost, nije bilo idealno pa je nismo mnogo koristili.

Jedina zamjerka odnosi se na organizaciju ulaska u stan. Informacije smo dobili prekasno, a zbog problema sa mobilnim internetom imali smo poteškoća da uopšte uđemo u objekat, no na kraju smo se snašli i sve je ispalo dobro. Preporučujemo da se razmotri neka alternativna opcija za preuzimanje ključeva, posebno za goste koji nemaju stabilan internet. Takođe, Wi-Fi u stanu je lošeg kvaliteta, što za objekat ovog nivoa nije u redu. Bilo bi dobro da se poboljša.

L'accoglienza dello staff è stata fantastica! Sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità infinita. Appartamento accogliente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort con un bel terrazzino per rilassarsi all'aria aperta e con posizione strategica vicinissimo al centro. Lo consigliamo vivamente

Nel cuore di Perugia

Bellissimo monolocale in zona centralissima. Pulito, arredato in modo funzionale e con gusto, dotato di tutto, silenzioso e con un ampio terrazzo. Letto comodissimo.Nessun problema per il check in. Dante ha risposto prontamente ad ogni richiesta e con una gentilezza non comune. Che dire se fosse possibile la valutazione prevederebbe 10 con lode!! Consigliatissimo Carmen

Sehr schöne Wohnung zentrumsnah gelegen.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in einem alten Haus. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und komplett renoviert und mit modernen schönen Möbeln ausgestattet.

Unsere Dachterasse war mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Sie war jedoch ungepflegt, voller Schmutz und Taubendreck und so nicht nutzbar. Auf dem Terrassengeländer waren Blumentöpfe angebracht. Diese wurden jedoch seit Wochen nicht gegossen und die Blumen vertrocknet. Das Appartement sowie die Hauseingangstür lassen sich nur mit dem Mobiltelefon öffnen. Das Problem hier ist der schlechte Empfang im Flur vor dem Appartement. Einmal hatten wir ein Funkloch und kamen so nicht mehr in unsere Wohnung. Erst nach mehreren Minuten war wieder ein kleiner Empfang und wir konnten die Türe glücklicherweise doch noch öffnen. Die Wohnung wurde und ohne Personal übergeben. Den Öffnungscode erhielten wir per WatsApp. Funktioniert, aber wir finden es doch etwas unpersönlich.

Posizione ottima se si vuole rimanere in centro ma anche raggiungere facilmente le stazioni. Tranquilla e silenziosa.

La mancanza di insonorizzazione rispetto alle altre unità abitative della medesima scala. Avrei curato leggermente di più i dettagli nelle pulizie.

Tutto perfetto.

Perfekcyjna lokalizacja, czysto, zadbane i jakościowo dobre wyposażenie mieszkania, kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia. Nie było problemu z check-in już przed południem. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Same superlatywy przychodzą mi na myśl. Naprawdę godny polecenia adres. Ciekawym rozwiązaniem jest otwieranie wszelakich drzwi przez internet z aplikacji na stronie.

Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu. Super taras ze stołem i krzesełkami. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy (ekspres do kawy, suszarka, naczynia itp.). Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, który umożliwił wcześniejszy check-in.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Jedynie drobna sugestia - ogólne informacje dotyczące pobytu mogłyby być wcześniej przesłane żeby można było na spokojnie się z nimi zapoznać :)
