We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks while I recovered from shoulder surgery after a fall. The apartment met our needs very nicely, with a lift up to the apartment so no lugging bags up and down stairs was required. It is in a very old building in the Centro Historico that is very well-located just off of Corso Pietro Vannucci, close to Piazza Italia, so easy walking distance to everything you might need, including 2 grocery stores, several bakeries and pharmacies, as well as many great restaurants and museums. The apartment was well-equipped for cooking and the beds were comfortable. The second bathroom was not fantastic with an odd step down, but we simply kept the door closed and did not use it. We were unbothered by noise in the alleyway below the apartment, although it was winter so maybe quieter.
The apartment is quite dark due to its location in a very old stone building on a narrow alleyway. Nothing to be done about that though, it just comes with the territory.
Also the parking was tricky, especially for loading and unloading the car, because it is within the ZTL zone where only residents are permitted to drive. We were able to park briefly in Piazza Italia though for that purpose (and haven't received a parking ticket...yet!) and then move our car down to park. The lot at the bottom of the escalators is secure and covered, but expensive, so we parked further out in a free lot at the end of the minimetro line and just took the minimetro back and forth as needed. Cheap and easy.

Location. Lift. Good beds. Access easy and well explained. Heating brilliant.
Unable to get the cooker to light, kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils and it would have been good to have the wi- fi code upon arrival.

A questa struttura basterebbero pochi dettagli per essere perfetta: mancano strofinacci da cucina, tazzine da caffe (quelle presenti erano di plastica) e asciugamani per bidet. Avremmo gradito trovare almeno sale, zucchero, caffè e detersivo piatti

Location in middle of Umbria Jazz. It was available at short notice.
Old fashioned furnishings. Needs a paint job. No meet and greet. No coffee machine. Not even a complementary bottle of water.
