The apartment is in a very convenient location for access to the historical old city and to the Minimetrò Line (Pincetto station). The connection of the Minimetrò to the main train station (Fontivegge station is right next to the main train station) made it very easy to access the train for our onward onward travel and also for a day trip to Assisi. The apartment is well equipped with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
The courtyard was very nice but was made a little less attractive by the presence of pigeons above. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Liked everything about the apartment - great size, good kitchenette, fabulous to have washing machine. Directions to accommodation were excellent and host met us to hand over keys. Host was able to answer any queries we had - location was fantastic. Was more than big enough and nice quiet location.

La scarsa qualità dei cuscini, la mancanza di pattumiera differenziata ( ci è stato lasciato un solo sacchetto). Niente scopa e paletta, spugne x piatti vecchie. Poca pulizia degli elettrodomestici. Il guano nel piccolo cortile. 3 forchette x 4 persone.
