Elegant with Exclusive Terrace in Perugia Downtown

L'appartamento era in perfette condizioni, abbiamo trovato tutto ordinato e ti fanno trovare anche delle comodità come le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie oppure il kit bagno di cortesia. Ogni stanza è accogliente, ben servita e molto ben arredata. Anche la posizione è buona, tranquilla e non troppo rumoroso all'esterno. La vera chicca è il balcone con il tavolo, sedie e le lucine, che con il bel tempo è assolutamente godibile. Punto a favore è anche la luce che entra durante tutta la giornata, la casa rimane sempre luminosa. I gestori si sono resi assolutamente disponibili in qualsiasi momento e situazione e anche prima dell'arrivo all'appartamento hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera chiara e semplice

Le uniche pecche che ho trovato sono il bagno poco luminoso e i muri poco isolati, purtroppo si sentiva ogni rumore esterno. Però sono giusto dei particolari che non tolgono valore in nessun modo all'appartamento.

My wife and I stayed in this modern, one-bedroom, first-floor apartment on the edge of the historic centre of Perugia for 5 nights. The apartment is lovely and appeared to have been renovated recently with good quality fittings and furnishing. There was a small terrace which is lovely if the sun is shining. We had mixed feelings about the location though. It’s only a short walk from the major sights of Perugia and Corso Vanucci, the main shopping street, but it’s an uphill walk along grimy Via Cartolari into the centre which is lined with some heavily graffitied buildings. There are a couple of supermarkets (Coop and Pam Local), and plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. It’s also very close to the Pincetto MiniMetro stop which connects you to the station. The kitchen was well equipped with a small fridge freezer, pod coffee machine, microwave, 2 burner electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There was a washing machine and some detergent pods in the bathroom, and a clothes rack for drying. Dante and Eli were great host – they were very helpful and responsive.
