About this apartment rental
Entire apartment in the heart of the historic center. Renovated with exposed beams. Terracotta floors and privileged panorama on a sunset of an important historical point of the city. The furnishings and details of particular value and design make the family home a particularly unique and relaxing environment. With his character and his personality he will make you forget the cold and impersonal stays of the hotels.

The two bedrooms with large walk-in closets, one with soundproof windows and canopy, the other with a small terrace; they will brighten your dreams giving you a relaxing awakening as if you were far from the city, being instead just 50 mtr from the heart of city life.
The apartment is completely at your disposal (if you have to choose one of the two rooms as a couple) it is equipped with many comforts such as a chromatic shower and everything you need for a homemade breakfast. The kitchen is equipped.
The living room, on the other hand, has 49-inch TVs, satellite TVs and magazines that range from travel to cooking, books and CDs of all kinds, will allow you to comfortably stay on the sofa as if you were at home. The apartment is subjected to entrance control with a 24 hour video camera that records the movements of the door at the entrance.

In Via Baldeschi there is a hairdresser for men and women, an ancient bookbinding, the French consulate and two restaurants. Via Baldeschi connects Piazza Morlacchi to Piazza Ansidei and parking is usually found for the car comfortably. In detail, exiting the building on the right, you reach 50 meters on foot, Piazza Cavallotti where until late at night there is a convenient grocery store, the Morlacchi theater with its prose season which is one of the most important theaters in the city, home to the Journalism festival, and universities of literature and philosophy.
While, leaving the building to the left, always 50 mtr, you will find via Ulisse Rocchi that connects going up the Etruscan Arch, one of the seven gates of the Etruscan walls of Perugia, to piazza Danti and to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo which opens onto the beautiful piazza quattro November scenario of summer concerts during the Umbria Jazz festival. In autumn it becomes the home of the Fiera dei Morti, a traditional event that has been held every year since 1260, to coincide with the All Saints day. Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia.

Difficulties w/ the air conditioner. Owners were very responsive but they live elsewhere; it would assist to have someone in Perugia other than cleaning personnel. It's such a great property - it deserves a little more loving care. Bottom line: we would stay again. It's a large, well situated apt & checking in & out was simple. But we would ask that the appliances be checked before our arrival. Clarification of some instructions would also help (we are sadly not Italian speakers).

The apartment was very nice and the location is perfect for access to the pedestrian area. Access by car was great as you could park in front to unload your luggage and then drive to the closest parking garage. Only a 7 minute walk back to the apartment.

This is a spacious, clean, and fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment with a great views, just steps from the center of Perugia. Modern, colorful furniture. Beware of some wall photos of naked people as you enter.
