Spacious and sunny, true Italian ambience in a central location
Sunny, spacious, and comfortable room just as shown in the pics, including the view. Real Italian ambience in a true villa, with yes, a secret garden available to guests as well as small kitchen and living space. Laura the host was friendly, welcoming, and responsive and spoke excellent English. Great location 3 minutes from the bus station and scale mobili (public escalator) to the historic district, 8 minute walk from the MiniMetro to the train station. We were lucky, the other bathroom share guests were super courteous and on a later schedule than us.

Le dimensioni della camera erano spaziose, con una bella vista su Perugia. La vicinanza al centro ha reso facile gli spostamenti per passeggiate giornaliere e serali.
Il letto non era molto confortevole, soprattutto il materasso, insieme alle assi sottostanti che scricchiolavano ad ogni movimento. Il bagno era molto piccolo e non presentava finestre. La titolare ha preteso 9€ in contanti per la tassa di soggiorno (2 notti, 3 giorni), quando questa avrebbe dovuto essere calcolata in base alle notti. Essendocene accorte dopo la nostra partenza, non abbiamo potuto chiederne conto alla titolare.

Villa storica appena fuori le mura di Perugia
La villa è arredata con mobili d’epoca ed è incantevole. Ti trasporta nel passato con gusto. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e accoglienti. Ha inoltre una vista molto bella sulla città e un giardino. Si trova subito sotto la Rocca Paolina, non distante dal centro. Per salire nel centro si possono utilizzare la risalita nella Rocca. Se occorre vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nel giardino. A disposizione degli ospiti vi è una piccola cucina con tè, tisane, stoviglie e una sala da pranzo. Laura è stata molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Super consigliato!
