A good choose if you don’t have a car and can hike up and down steep hillsides

Very well equipped apartment / quiet and very comfortable

Though advertising included parking - it was street parking and always parked out . Surrounding streets are narrow and so no parking within walking distance. The apartment was not close to shops or transport and on a steep hillside. We couldn’t use our car and left two days early

A fine apartment managed by snarky hostess

The apartment was very clean and in a good location (note - Perugia is very hilly). I liked the style of the renovation in the apartment - the 70s bathroom tiles (but replaced furnishings) and the feel of the apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and it was a peaceful sleep in a peaceful neighbourhood. Easy check in.

I did not appreciate the host's attitude. When we checked into the apartment, it was a cold night, and the apartment was rather cold. I texted the host, asking if we could turn on the heating (present in every single apartment we stayed in in Italy in the past two weeks) and get blankets. The host told us where the blankets were but was very snarky with my request, saying I was exaggerating (!?!) and the condominium did not have heating after a certain time. I do not like to get attitude from hosts - and I have no issue if the condominium no longer wants to heat, but this should be communicated in the house description since it was still cold in Perugia when I stayed there The windows are single-pane.

Staying here is an excellent choice

Everything was excellent, the apartment is new and tastefully furnished. It had everything you need both for a few days but also for more than a week. There is a washing machine, iron, safe, convenient parking. The location very well served and super connected to the rest of the city. The area is super quiet, now I understand the name of the house, in a few minutes walk you are in the historic center. Staying here is an excellent choice

Oltre le aspettative

L'appartamento è molto grande ed estremamente confortevole. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'ampiezza delle stanze e dal fatto che fosse equipaggiato di tutto il necessario e anche di pù: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè. Comodissimo soprattutto se arrivate a Perugia in macchina. Allo stesso tempo rimane vicino al centro. In cucina abbaimo trovato tutti i condimenti di base, tisane, detersivi, carta da cucina. In più sono stati così gentili da farci trovare al nostro arrivo dell'acqua fresca, sia in bottiglia che in un dispenser. Che dire di più? Gestori sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre domande e le nostre esigenze. Siamo stati benissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Llegada y claridad sobre parqueo. Como habian calles Cerradas en reparacion fue dificil llegar. La Orientacion de las nuevas rutas a tomar fue por la gente del area.

Tre giorni a Perugia

Appartamento di grande metratura, pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Salviette, biancheria, tutti gli elettrodomestici di casa! Tè e caffè pronti all'uso, acqua in frigorifero! Due bagni, tavolo in soggiorno design bellissimo. Caldo, silenzioso e pulito, insomma, non manca nulla. Dalla zona si raggiunge a piedi praticamente tutto ciò che si deve vedere a Perugia. Per altre distanze mezzi pubblici che partono da piazza Partigiani, a due passi dall'appartamento. Contatti con la proprietaria tramite whatsapp. Risposte in tempo zero, cordiale, disponibile. Procedure di accesso innovative, riservate e molto molto comode.

Soggiorno breve ma bellissimo

Questo appartamento si trova all’interno di un signorile contesto condominiale vicinissimo al centro storico di Perugia. Possibilità di parcheggio proprio sotto la proprietà. Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità del proprietario. L’appartamento era molto pulito. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte: ci tornerò!
