It was a very enjoyable experience overall.

The property is very spacious, clean and cozy. Guests can enjoy a magnificent view from the terrace. All the necessary appliances are easy to use. Detailed instructions and recommendations were provided by the host.

The wind, central air conditioning and the heating system created quite some noise at night which at times interfered with sleep.

Great stay with my friends!!

It was very spacious , very nicely decorated, felt just like home. The beds and the bedlinnen were of top quality. And of course the view from the rooftop terras, so nice in the evening. Something went wrong in the communication and the owner was there almost immediate to solve it. I also liked the instructions video to enter the building, very clear. The mini metro was besides cute very convenient , last trip back 21:05, do not forget!

If I have to say something , the parking meter was challenging.

home away from home

Cousins visited from the US and the 4 of us stayed here for 3 nights and explored Umbria having a place to get back to in the evening. Ninth floor penthouse apartment which actually is on 2 levels. 1 big bedroom and big bath are downstairs and the other bed and bath (both big also) upstairs. Upstairs is also where you get onto the huge patio with an awesome view of Perugia. We moved the big table and 4 chairs to the area closest to the patio door because it was always in the shade. In the morning for breakfast and later on in the evening as we got back. There is a huge umbrella also, though, in case it’s not quite as hot as it was when we were visiting and the table could remain on the larger side of the patio. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a few days. I did bring a German coffee machine, however, since the apartment ‘only’ has a Nespresso machine (some pods are provided). Gloria was a very responsive host. I had missed reading that there were no dish towels provided and she promptly brought me some. Nice apartment that I would recommend and rent again.

We had a great stay. The hosts were responsive and nice.

The apartment was big for the two of us. It was beautifully decorated and quiet. There are several lovely decks with outstanding views. Loved that there was a bathtub in one of the bathrooms. It was close to the mini metro, busses and the train station but not a lot in the actual area to do.

The private parking under the building is first come first serve and other parking around the building is paid. You can look for street parking which is hard to find. Also, the parking garage is very small so works great if you have a small car. The keyless entry using your phone is a good idea but my cell service there was not great so it was hard to load the page to get to the key.

The apartment is renovated and designed well. The view is nice.

The water pressure is low. The dishes and kitchen equipment could be better, more quantity so the dishwasher can realy be useful.

Excellent Location, really close to Mini Metro to the old city, also the train and bus station. Extremely efficient communication with hosts and REALLY spacious, well equipped apartment.

Perugia was our base as wer traveled in Umbria. We couldn’t have asked for better convenience and comfort.

Easy and short walk to the train station and the Mini-metro. Very comfortable. Wonderful terraces and incredible views. Large windows and doors. Very airy.

Stylish place. Great communication from the host throughout. Large terrace area on the roof with great views. Location was a little out of town but really easy to reach using the very close station.

simply lovey

The apartment is so lovely and comfortable, a home away from home. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. it has so many outdoor spaces should you want to just chill. The host is so helpful with all our queries. We based ourselves here explore the region and always so nice to return back to a cost place after a day of excursion. If you choose not to drive, the train and bus station is a mere 5 min walk.

Très bien L’appartement est spacieux, propre et moderne Très grande terrasse en cas de beau temps 2 espaces nuit sur 2 étages idéal pour 2 couples L’arrivée en totale autonomie mais les explications transmises par l’hôte suffisent pour accéder à l’appartement Hôte agréable et facilement joignable en cas de problème et très réactif

とても広い空間だったのと、各種設備が整っていたため非常に快適にすごすことが出来ました。

駅から徒歩2分と思い予約しましたが、今年の夏からペルージャ駅から裏側に出る入口が工事のため封鎖されており迂回(徒歩7〜8分程度)する必要があったため、予約時にその内容を記載しておいてほしかった。

Apartamento muy espacioso cerca del centro

Muy grande y cómldo. Si hace buen tiempo la terraza es formidable. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para estancias medias. Está muy limpio. Aunque no está en el centro, el acceso al mismo es fácil y rápido con el. Mini Metro, Tiene aparcamiento gratuito, aunque no plaza asegurada.

A ñesar de la amplitud del apartamento, se escuchan las conversaciones de los vecinos de forma exagerada.

Appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort,terrazzo panoramico mozzafiato,la vista su Perugia è suggestiva soprattutto al tramonto,molto “Smart”il check-in ,ambienti puliti e dotato di ampia tv nella zona living e tv anche nelle camere,angolo cucina accessoriato e curato nei dettagli. Terremo in considerazione questa struttura per un futuro soggiorno in quanto molto comoda alla vicina stazione del Minimetrò per raggiungere il centro storico e perché ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene grazie soprattutto all’ adorabile supporto molto discreto e attento di Gloria la nostra paziente e professionale Host che ci ha seguiti ed indicato consigli preziosi per il soggiorno,ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a lei va il nostro più che meritato 10/10 di valutazione.

Struttura pulita e accogliente al nono e ultimo piano di un palazzo ben posizionato, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Perugia e vicino ad altri punti di interesse. La struttura aveva tutti i comfort.

Week end all'Umbria Jazz

Un grazie enorme a Gloria che ci ha accolto in un modo fantastico, anticipando l'ora del check in senza neanche chiederlo e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per goderci il nostro week end. Appartamento bellissimo, spazioso, luminoso e con due zone notti completamente separate, ideale per due coppie di amici. Parcheggio coperto sotto il condominio molto sicuro. Vicinissimo alla stazione del minimetro che in 10 minuti porta in centro a Perugia. Quindi è perfetto perché trovare parcheggio durante l'Umbria Jazz è molto difficile e se si trova molto costoso.

Muito agradável, acolhedor e confortável. Tudo de bom!

O espaço da casa, a qualidade e conforto dos móveis, a localização, o suporte do host, a facilidade e rapidez da comunicação, a facilidade de entrar, a limpeza. Glória é uma excelente host, e a cobertura é linda e finamente decorada. O bairro é residencial e silencioso, o prédio é relativamente moderno (para padrões italianos), familiar e tranquilo.

São dois quartos. Do quarto superior, ouve-se o barulho do elevador em funcionamento. Observe que durante a noite em si, há muito pouca movimentação, eu mesmo dormi lá por duas noites. Mas pode ser um problema se quiser dormir durante o dia e tiver sono sensível. A mesa da sala não tem tomada próxima, pode-se usar um notebook e depois carregar, ou usar o notebook no sofá. Mas se precisar ficar plugado na energia e na mesa não tem como. Para mim não houve problema, pois usei muito pouco. Creio que a Glória poderia pensar em fornecer uma extensão elétrica, no futuro, para casos extremos.

FANTASTICO ALLOGGIO

Ho alloggiato qui con mia sorella e i miei quattro figli dai 14 ai 24 anni... Ampi spazi ben arredati e pulitissimi! A due passi dalla stazione dove in 20 minuti si arriva ad assisi e a quattro passi dalla minimetro dove in un attimo si arriva a Perugia! Cosa dire... Per una volta ho fatto una scelta azzeccatissima che ha fatto felici tutti i membri della mia numerosa famiglia... Letti comodi, anche il divano letto, lenzuola e asciugamani immacolati! Tv in ogni stanza! Arredamento curato e moderno! Riscaldamento perfetto visto il periodo ancora "freschino"... Vista meravigliosa! E host impeccabile che ci fornito tutte le informazioni che ci servivano... Unico rammarico non averla conosciuta dal "vivo" visto il poco tempo che noi abbiamo speso tutto per visitare questa zona meravigliosa! Peccato non aver goduto di più dell'ampia terrazza che in estate dev'essere fantastica! Cosa dire... Se dovete venire a Perugia... Alloggiate qui!!!
