This place is more suitable for a family with a child. It was not for our group that needed 3 private bedrooms. Thanks

Clean and very comfortable main bed. The owner, Fulvio, is very attentive and dependable. He cares about your accommodation.

The design of the apartment is such that one must walk through each bedroom to access the bathroom. Therefore there is no privacy for a group. The thermostat was not easy to navigate but we had good instructions from Fulvio.

Stop over for a wedding….wish we’d spent more time here.

Lovely terrace, though hot in the sun. Host was VERY helpful and responsive. Helped us book a car/driver so we could attend a wedding 60 minutes away. Very comfortable 2br apartment. Wish we’d spent more time here instead of Rome (which was awful). Well equipped kitchen, good laundry machine. Very nice overall.

Street was a tad noisy with cars and party folks. Steep walk from the train station definitely take a cabl

Exquisite and beautifully converted apartment close to the historical city center of Perugia

Close to Centro Storico and located in a street with a good general store. We were delighted with the lovely modern art and fresh bright feel of the apartment which was exacty the right size for 2 pax. I would not hesitate to stay again for sure. Delicious Michelin starred restaurants within walking distance at keen pricing and the Galleria Nazionale di Umbria (GNU) has excellent permanent and seasonal displays. Perugia itself is a pleasure to walk around and has excellent architecture, views and nature to soak up and enjoy. You do need good steady shoes for the cobblestones and many hills.

Downsides : 1) the person in the master bedroom could not access the bathroom/toilet without walking through the small 2nd single bedroom.The small 2nd bedroom is also quite small. 2) The apartment had NO kettle or toaster although we looked everywhere and the owner said AFTER our stay that the cleaner might have taken them away to clean them or something like that so that was a great shame. A big inconvenience for us sadly.... 3) We stayed in Appartamente 2 and the stairs going up can be a bit challenging although when we checked in, the owner kindly carried our large case up for us. Any future visitors should bear the stairs in mind. 4) No views as builldings across the street and the rear is all built up with other homes.

the presentation on booking did not correspond to reality, in the sense that one of the bedrooms did not have the capacity for 2 beds, so the living room had to be used for sleeping.

Instant cool classy home in Perugia

it’s a clean stylish apartment that allowed you to immediately feel comfortable and at home. The terrace with the larger apartment is a must. great for relaxing with a glass of wine and friends after a day of touring.

Everything was really nice. it would have been nice to have a mirror in both bedrooms and instructions for trash / recycling. But these are small things. Make sure you are clear about which apartment. One is booked as a 2 Bedroom. but you have to go through the bedroom to get to the room. Great for a family who want their child near.

Very good location, lots of nice shops and cafes and bars but still quiet as the bedrooms are back facing not street facing. Short walk to main square of Perugia.

Everything was perfect. If you are coming by car you need to drive around to find free parking. Otherwise there is paid street parking in the same street.

Great location, extremely clean, very helpful staff.

There is a dishwasher but there was no dishwasher tablets or liquid to use in it. There was a moka but no coffee. But these were minor shortcomings. The owner was extremely nice and even waived a €3 tax we had been due to pay but forgot to.

Sofa for a couple sleaping in a living room was very uncomfortable, uneven and with a hole in the middle, so they had to put mettres on the floor.

La struttura è molto bella e curata nei dettagli. La stanze sono ampie e spaziose. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza dei due bagni. Ambiente luminoso e accogliente. Host disponibile e cordiale. Consigliata per gruppi di amici in quanto ambiente ben organizzato pronto ad ospitare un buon numero di persone. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi.
