The incredible fortified town of Perugia is fab and this accommodation is perfect!

OMG - what an amazing apartment! Shutters on all the windows, Air conditioning in every room, superbly comfortable beds, fantastically clean and amazingly laid out with balcony space. Pool was clean and fab, Gardens amazing and a gated secure garden for the children to play. Ample parking. Short walk from the train station and a short (but uphill) walk into the old town which is incredible!!!! We would absolutely return here and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Some people might prefer to be in the old town, but you would not get the parking, the gardens, pool and space in the old town.

The kitchen is missing a few small items, such as a cheese grater, salad bowl, or large kitchen knife. Other than that, the equipment completely meets all expectations.

Beautiful villa outside city center

Beautiful property and very helpful staff ready to answer any questions! It was a bit outside of the city so please keep that in mind when booking. We took the minimetro close by which was a huge help. The pool and garden is absolutely beautiful and our apartment was very clean!

Nice apartment let down a little by some easy to fix details

Modern, quiet, lovely outdoor areas and garden. Nice pool. Spacious rooms

Air conditioning couldn’t be set cool enough for comfort. No furniture on balcony or terrace so these areas unusable. No table for dining, other than island unit in kitchen

L'appartamento è ampio e soleggiato. Le grandi vetrate permettono di avere tanta luce e una bella vista su Perugia. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di due bagni.

Non è particolarmente vicino al centro ma ci si arriva con poco più di 15 minuti.

Lekkere vakantie gehad.

De ruimte was top. (Wij waren met twee personen). Zwembad was heerlijk. Wasmachine aanwezig! Prachtig aangelegd complex.

Weinig daglicht in de woonkamer. Er is een groot terras voor de deur maar géén tuinmeubelen! Locatie was niet geweldig, beetje oude buurt/omgeving. Keukengerei beetje summier.

2ème séjour dans ce complexe ,(appart 90 m2 ).sécurisé par des caméras piscine ouverte à toute heure de la journée. Jardin, agréable et reposant, très bien, entretenue, personnel, souriant.

Manque un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine.

Un soggiorno da sogno

Gli appartamenti sono un sogno, è come stare a casa propria. C'è tutto, dalla cucina alla lavanderia, dalle camere da letto al bagno. E poi Netflix, aria condizionata, parco bellissimo e ben tenuto, piscina pulita. Tutto perfetto.

Piscina, clima su tutte le stanze, park in ombra, libertà di orario, appart. arredato stile moderno.Posizione ottima, strategica x andare al centro città.

Mancano basilari: pentolino da latte, terrina insalata, teglia, pentola grande, microonde, lavastoviglie piccolo.

Una struttura meravigliosa, si tratta di una ex villa privata situata al centro di Perugia, immersa nel verde. Appartamento moderno, arredato con gusto e classe, ben riscaldato e accessoriato, bagni comodissimi, molto utile lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Molto pulito, letti comodissimi, parcheggio privato a disposizione molto utile.
