Emilia is wonderful host, her house is very large and convenient and is located in a wonderful olive trees orchard, best place to explore Perugia (10 minutes drive) and rest of wonderful umbary, will definitely book again

Big, sparkling clean, nicely decorated house, conveniently located to explore Umbria. Beautiful view of Perugia from terrace. Emilia is a super host. She met us with a cake, provided with fresh eggs, offered to use laundry facilities, which was important for us, as we planned to continue our trip. We spent wonderful 8 days in her house. Our thanks to her daughter Monia for help and good advice.

It was a fantastic and relaxing home, and it provided a great base for our explorations of Umbria! We truly hope to come

So homey and spacious! I could see us staying for a week there, enjoying the local area, relaxing at the home, and spending time being with loved ones. Also, Emilia was SO welcoming and gracious!

Pay attention to the details of how to get there. There are multiple homes on that street with the same number in their addresses.

Exceptional

The well stocked and large kitchen is a plus. We truly felt like we were at home. The view from the house was absolutely beautiful and in a peaceful setting. The location was ideal for daily side trips. Mostly, the hospitality and communication of the hostess was above and beyond expected.

Everything was perfect except it was much bigger than what we needed for just the two of us. It would be perfect for a family!

Bellissima casa immersa nella natura, ambienti spaziosi e confortevoli. La casa era pulita, calda e dotata di tutto il necessario, anche la cucina ben fornita di stoviglie e attrezzatura per cucinare. Emilia è stata molto accogliente e di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità. Essendo stati d’inverno non abbiamo potuto goderci il bellissimo giardino e gli spazi esterni, ma con la bella stagione è sicuramente un plus notevole. Spero di poter tornare in questo posto incantevole che ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

Het gevoel dat je hebt wanneer je bij je geliefde oma op bezoek bent 🤗

De gastvrijheid van Emila, de eigenares van het huis. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met zelfgemaakte cake, vijgen uit de tuin en verse eitjes. Alles konden we vragen, we hebben ook nog groenten en fruit uit de tuin kregen en zelfs nog een afscheidscadeautje. Kortom, Emilia is het voorbeeld van de Italiaanse oma 🤗. Het huis was ook zeer goed in orde en uitgerust met alles wat je maar nodig had en meer. Het is zeker ook een goede locatie om Perugia en vele andere zaken in Umbrië te bezoeken.

Sommige dagen was het wifi -signaal niet zo sterk, maar de laatste dag is er een technieker gekomen, dus ik denk dat het een tijdelijk probleem was. En eigenlijk is dit wat muggenzitten 😉.
