The best of Italian hospitality!

Every afternoon, the owner, Luciana would ask what we wanted for breakfast the following day and the time. She would then arrive at our dinner with delicious fresh panini and pastries. Delicious! Franco and Luciana were so friendly and helpful. Franco helped repair our car and Luciana even drove me to the supermarket while we were without transport.

Nothing - it was all perfect! The views are idyllic, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The owners are delightful!

A wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely small agriturismo development with three rental units. We had the largest one with two bedrooms and three bathrooms - space for additional beds downstairs as well, though we did not need them. Franco & Luciana were delightful hosts and looked after us very well. The whole place is absolutely immaculate and generally pretty well-equipped. Luciana provided excellent breakfasts with fresh pastries each morning. Everything was very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here.

Air conditioning could be better. An electric kettle would also be useful, but I realise these are not so common in Italy!

Everything It was very very clean It was big space for a family of 5 kids. Great pool Great service 2 big bed rooms 3 showers 3 couple beds When we arrived a lot of snacks waited for us in the room. It was the breakfast Luciana is very lovely

A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and perfectly located for visits to Perugia and golf at Antognolla!

A very well stocked and comfortable apartment with large rooms and living areas. Luciana and Franco were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Rather than a stock of breakfast items, we’d preferred some fresh options like cut-up fruit. The fresh croissants were a treat!

Highly recommended!

Our stay exceeded our expectations!! We never had such a pleasant stay. The warm welcome and kindness of the owners made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A lovely couple who do everything to make the guests feel welcome and have a great stay. The appartement was very clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children. The pool was also very clean. Breakfast was included and delicious. When we arrived we received a delicious cake. During our stay we received another fruity cake as well as tasty tomatoes from the garden. When we left the owners made sure we had a good breakfast and food on the way. Like I said before we never had such a positive experience before. The children loved the couple and the location. For them it was a experience never to forget!

Very enjoyable place to stay.

Luciana & Franco are the most wonderful hosts, very friendly & helpful. The property is located in a small quiet village close to Perugia & for us was a great base for exploring Umbria. The apartment had a very large kitchen/living area downstairs with plenty of chairs & a three seater sofa bed & bathroom.

The shower in our ensuite was too small for me but that wasn't a big problem as I used the shower in the downstairs bathroom. As four older travelers we would have liked another sofa

Big house on a hill, stunning views

We loved everything about this property. The apartment was extra spacious, the pool was big and sparkling clean,the hosts were fantastic and met all our needs. 10 out of 10!

Tutto perfetto!

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questa struttura. Non ci è mancato nulla: una grande accoglienza dai proprietari, che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno portato la colazione ogni mattina. Appartamento grande, anche per 2 famiglie e molto pulito. Piscina molto comoda e bel panorama. Ottima posizione. Quando torneremo in Umbria credo che torneremo qui a Villalta. Siamo stati proprio bene!

Per un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante è l'ideale.

I gestori sono sempre stati cortesi e disponibili. Abbiamo veramente apprezzato la loro gentilezza e ospitalità. Ci avevano lasciato un foglio (su nostra richiesta) con le indicazioni e consigli sui più bei luoghi da visitare nei dintorni (Assisi, Gubbio, Lago Trasimeno, Perugia) dove ci siamo volentieri recati. La piscina è una chicca per rilassarsi nel verde, stupenda!

Comoda per turisti con brevi soggiorni

Colazione abbondante, casa nuova, pulita, comoda con tutto il necessario, personale molto accogliente, parcheggio in proprietà privata al coperto.

Posizione scomoda (complessa da raggiungere), doccia non illuminata, wifi ben segnalato su carta ma inesistente in termini pratici (2 segnalati ma soltanto 1 visibile con una sola tacca), presente raccolta differenziata ma mi aspetto che oltre al secco e carta ci possa trovare anche i bidoni della plastica ed dell'umido in casa senza dover uscire fuori dal cancello per buttarli (il vetro bypasso perchè era capodanno), insonorizzazione accettabile anche se i bambini dell'altra unità di appartamenti mi facevano compagnia in bagno.
