About this house rental
The holiday house is located in the green heart of the Umbria region, less than one kilometer from Torgiano, a town sandwiched between the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Framed by rolling hills of vineyards and a characteristic landscape and enchanting. The view from the house is the vineyards of Fattoria Spinola and in the distance of Perugia and Torgiano.
Despite the silence and peace that reigns there, I MORI GELSI is well connected to the main road (SP401) and then you can easily reach places of interest and historical artists: Assisi, Perugia, Deruta, Todi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna ...
The MORI GELSI consists of a main farmhouse dated 1900 and lovingly restored, and its annex, which once housed the remittance of tractors, the chicken coop and the pigsty, refitted in lovely detached stone house.
The cottage is divided into two spacious and comfortable apartments from 140sqm each, ideal for families or friends.
It 'set in a large private garden with swimming pool, fruit trees available to the customer, flowering plants.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area consisting of a large pergola lit and decorated with beautiful hand painted Deruta table and chairs. Guests also can enjoy a barbecue private.
An organic garden is free to them during your stay, as are the free organic eggs from the farm.
Tourists will find on arrival a great welcome basket with everything needed for breakfast and two bottles of excellent wine PDO and PGI Fattoria Spinola gift.
