Perfect location, spacious with design furniture
Perfect location in the historic center, yet very quiet. Just one minute from the Cathedral and close to many good restaurants. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and furnished with beautiful design pieces. Two bedrooms share one full bathroom, and the third bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. However, the ensuite bathroom is not very comfortable for showering because the tub is under a pitched roof, so you have to bend down. All bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The hosts were very kind and met us before check-in time. Easy access with an elevator and only a few steps. Also close to the MiniMetro for the central station. I would definitely return.
The terrace is slightly different from the pictures - it had no furniture and it was overlooking a mobile phone tower. There was a smell coming from a kitchen in the first bedroom which was very unpleasant.

Clean with a couple of issues to be resolved.
Close proximately to sites and restaurants
The middle bedroom didn’t have any lighting. We did let Leonardo know but it wasn’t resolved while we were there. There was a lift but it only went up a couple of flights then you had to walk.

Appartamento nuovissimo, sapientemente ristrutturato e arredato con charme. Dotato di tutti i servizi e comodità. Situato in zona centralissima a pochi passi da tutto. Il manager Leonardo è molto attento e disponibile. Meravigliosa scoperta !!

Splendido attico super centrale in Perugia!
L’attico è situato nel centro storico in uno stabile d’epoca di pregio a due passi da Corso Vannucci e Piazza IV novembre. È di recente ristrutturazione, arredato magnificamente e con tutti i comfort, compresa una cucina ben attrezzata e un soggiorno ampio con un divano bello e comodo. Le camere sono tutte molto confortevoli, i letti comodi e nonostante la centralità, l’appartamento risulta silenzioso. I manager disponibili e attenti, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia che hanno risolto in tempi brevissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo.
Qualche dettaglio ancora da sistemare, ma comprensibilmente dovuto dal fatto che l’appartamento è stato messo sul mercato da pochissimo.
