Everything was beyond our expectations and we can’t recommend highly enough.

Such a beautifully renovated apartment, with quality fittings, stylish decor and felt so peaceful and welcoming to walk back in the door at the end of each day. Perfect location in the heart of everything. The large fridge and well equipped kitchen meant we could prepare some meals to have on the romantic balcony. It’s a quiet spot with double glazed windows and the very comfortable beds and lovely linen all made for a good night’s sleep. Easy communication and instructions for access. We would love to stay again.

Beautiful apartment in old town close to plaza

This magnificently appointed 3 bedroom apartment is in a perfect location to access the main sites in Perugia. An easy walk to the main plaza , restaurants and bars but in a quiet side street. Apartment terrace lovely for the morning coffee, generous lounge area and large tv, large bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen is fully equipped. Loved everything and would definitely go back!

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment ideally located just outside the ZTL (luggage can be dropped off at any time). Newly and nicely renovated, in a very quiet area. The communication with the host was very timely and effective.

Heel mooi en perfect gelegen appartement

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement. Het is ruim, mooi en modern ingericht. Voor een gezin met 5 ook perfect met 2 badkamers. De keuken is zeer mooi en gloednieuw, er is zelfs een wasmachine. Vanop het balkon heb je zijdelings zicht op de stad, leuk! Het appartement was picobello in orde toen we arriveerden en was zeer proper. Wifi werkte ook perfect. Het contact met de host verliep heel vlot en we apprecieerden ook de flexibiliteit voor de check out. Het appartement is heel centraal maar rustig gelegen. De voordeur en ingang zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe maar eens binnen heb je daar geen last meer van. Top verblijf!

Piękne, przestronne, nowocześnie urządzone, super wygodne mieszkanie. Doskonałe. Widok z balkonu bajeczny. Zadbano o wszystkie potrzeby gości: pralka, zmywarka, dwie łazienki. Mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum, dwa kroki od głównej ulicy starego miasta z mnóstwem restauracji, barów, blisko muzeów i zabytków. Ilaria jest niezwykle serdeczną, zaangażowaną osobą, kontakt z nią doskonały, wszystkie nasze prośby spełniła. Wspaniała osoba. Następnym razem zdecydowanie wybierzemy ten apartament! Dziękujemy Ilaria!

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito, nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro storico di Perugia. Ho prenotato per un week end con le mie amiche, in occasione del mio compleanno, che dire… tutto magico e magica anche Ilaria! Stupendo!

Appartamento stupendo in pieno centro storico di Perugia, ma silenziosissimo, con splendida vista, spazioso, pulito, nuovo, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. Siamo riusciti a parcheggiare la macchina in una strada vicinissima senza alcun problema.
