Great stay in Perugia

The host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped and a nespresso espressor. Location perfect near old town, apartment was spacious. A very helpful host but the apartment would need modernising if we were ever to stay again.

Location is good.

It is dark and dingy, the beds are old and saggy, the bedding is mostly man-made fibres, towels are thin, the lighting in the apartment is harsh when on, many things could do with a refurbishment or updating.

Great base for Perugia

Very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen. We were a group of 3 and we found it perfect for our needs. Easily reachable by bus and the town is only a short walk away. Around the area there are lots of bars and restaurants. Antonello our host was also available for anything and gave us very thorough instructions on how everything in the house worked. The street is also beautiful but if you have mobility problems just be aware there are a few steps to access the property as the street is made of steps.

Very good and fast contact with the owner. Location very close to the center, shops and restaurants. Comfortable spacious beds, and thanks to its location on the lower ground floor, the apartment is cool even without air conditioning.

The windows are only slightly above the level of the sidewalk, which is in a narrow passage, and therefore when people are walking loudly talking to each other and the window is open, everything can be heard very well in the apartment (feeling as the people were in the living room). Fortunately, passers-by appear there very rarely at night, so it is not a very big problem.

Perfect central location with shops and restaurants just around the corner! Spacious flat with 2 bedrooms, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Wonderful hosts, always available if we needed help.

Antonella What is the most amazing attentive host I have ever had in decades of traveling. We didn’t have any issues with the apartment but one small things arise he is always available to help. Once I accidentally butt dialed him at 11 PM and he called right back. He’s also a really nice guy and the apartment is great with an amazing location and very interesting ancient architecture. Cannot recommend it enough

I Like everything about this property. You do have to park a little bit away from it because the alleys are very narrow, but Antonello showed up and literally guided me to the parking space. It’s the only free parking in Perugia and it’s very close to the apartment if you walk.

Excellent Stay next to the heart of Perugia!

The position was excellent, very close to the center. We used the free parking suggestion, and even if the park seems a bit dodgy, we had no issues and noticed nothing in the cars or people present. It's actually very easy to reach the apartment through stairs in the back of the lot so even in the heat and with large luggage we had no big issues. The apartment itself is very nice and everything was good.

Having breakfast on location would make this a 10

A cozy stay in the heart of Perugia

At the end of August the apartment was fresh and silent. It had everything you'd need for your stay, down to the smallest detail. The very center of Perugia is a short walk's away. Many thanks to Mr. Antonello for his kindness and the very accurate list of places where to eat.

Appartamento in pieno centro storico. Pulitissimo ed accogliente, unica pecca il bagno senza finestre. Il titolare è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, mandandoci tutta una serie di indirizzi di locali dove mangiare, le indicazioni per il check in e il parcheggio. Consigliatissimo!

Dolce Perugia

Posizione ottima, vicinissima al parcheggio gratuito e al centro. Appartamento ordinato e pulito, fornito di tutto quello che serve. Camere da letto grandi e organizzate. La comunicazione con il gestore è stata ottima.

Abbiamo percepito un pó di umidità, il bagno è piccolino senza finestra (ma dotato di aspiratore).

Non c'erano indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata ( giorni di ritiro / dove e come gettarla / raggruppamenti di materiali - es. plastica e metalli o vetro e metalli - ); abbiamo gestito in autonomia la spazzatura.

Estancia agradable en Perugia

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento. Antonello fue muy amable desde el primer momento ayudándonos con la ubicación de diferentes parkings. Si necesitaba algo siempre estaba disponible, por lo que le doy un 10 a su amabilidad y pronta respuesta. No se oye ruido en el apartamento, por lo que puedes descansar tranquilamente. La ubicación era ideal para poder moverte por Perugia andando sin ningún problema. Hay que tener en cuenta que el apartamento está en medio de unas escaleras, tienes que bajarlas o subirlas dependiendo de la calle por la que vengas, son bastantes antiguos los escalones, por lo que algunos son más complicados de bajar. Para nosotros no hubo problema, pero es algo que debe saberse.

Por decir algo, echamos en falta un trapo de cocina con el que poder secarte las manos cada vez que limpiábamos.
