Staying right in the heart of the city. Modern apartment. Nice view. Everything happens here.

A rather pleasant stay for 2 nights

Location, space of the apartment, cleanliness, quick response to my requests/questions

There was no kettle to boil water (to make tea or coffee), no plate, fork and spoon to eat. I think all these are basics to be included in the apartment. If the owner can add these in, it would have a perfect place to stay :):):)

Great apartment, contact with the owner worse

The apartment was in a great location - the center of Perugia. It had everything you need for a short stay. If I had to rate the apartment itself, I would give a higher rating

I travel a lot, around 6 times a year, and unfortunately, I have never had such a problem in contact with the owner like here. The owner didn't reply to a message sent as soon as the booking was made for 20 days. Only after clicking the option of priority support in Genius 3 could some answers be obtained. On the day of arrival, we still didn't have information about how to check in, we had to call the owner because he didn't write back to the message. The only thing we wanted to know is if we can check in faster or not - emphasizing that if this is not possible, it is okay, we just wanted to know how to plan a day because we only had 2 days in perugia. I woludn’t really have a problem to wait until 3:00 pm with check -in, I would just like to have any information. On the day of departure, I informed about checking out early in the morning and that we left the tourist tax in the apartment - which nobody even informed about, but I noticed it on the booking. I thanked for stay. The message was read but no one even wrote back a short "thank you too". Despite the fact that the apartment itself was really good, the contact with the owner was the worst of all I had.

perfect location

The apartment is located in the center of old town Perugia. 1min away from Piazza Italia and 1min away from Piazza IV Novembre. Excellent location. The apartment has a beautiful city view. Very cozy and comfortable.

spacious room in city centre

The location is great, it’s in the city centre close to bars and restaurants. Excellent value! The room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. Also we had a small terrace which was really cute! the room has a/c which is a plus! Perugia in summer is very hot! Also the host was very kind and sent us a list of local restaurants and places.

the only thing we didn’t like was the bed, unfortunately the bed squeaks every time you turn. it kept walking me up. not sure if it was the frame. however for a night or two I would still highly recommend it.

A good location but not a place I would recommend

we liked the location, the place is fairly new so it all looks good.

the place is in a complicated building, some hallways and some stairways to reach our room door. we could not get wifi the first night, the host responded until next day, The place is in the plaza, yes, but your room is far and not looking over the plaza.

A wonderful experience

The location was excellent right in the heart of Perugia. Host was very helpful and reachable. The suite was clean and had a terrace as well. Close to all squares and restaurants

The appartment is big and it is situated very centrally just the very right place to be if you are in the town for a short travel The host was very helpful-she helped us to make a reservation for a dinner just few hours before we went for it, while all the good places around were booked

Very good

The location is very central and is easy to navigate around Perugia and even to access public transport. The apartment is spacious and offers a good space to unwind after a day out. It was very clean and had all the facilities of a modern apartment including air conditioning, wifi, and tv. The check in and check out was clearly explained and worked smoothly. The hosts are friendly and always answered to our questions. They even managed to keep our luggage for some hours after check out.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and could do with an upgrade. It would have been more easy and practical to have a kettle to boil water in the kitchen for some tea.

Location was perfect. Convenient to restaurants, shops, entertainment. And the apartment was quiet.

There was a step missing in the instructions for getting into the apartment. After entering the building it was not stated where the keys to get into the actual apartment were. Luckily someone eventually came by and explained.

Comfortable but needs some improvements

The room is very central and in the heart of the old town. It is modern and clean. The owner was very kind to let us check out late.

We visited in early May and the heating system was not available so it was a little cold especially in the bathroom. The bed made noises with every single move. Conversations and noises from an interconnecting room could easily be heard. Not suitable for old people due to two flights of steps (42 in all).
