Full kitchen. Great storage in bedrooms. Large rooms. Nice balcony on top floor outside bedroom. Prompt communication from host. We were always able to find street parking within a short walk.
When we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last guests. We were given a partial cleaning fee refund, but it did impact our plans that night for about an hour when we arrived and cleaning staff was sent over. Guests in top floor bedroom must walk through the other bedroom (potentially while people are sleeping) to get to a bathroom. Tv in dining room often had poor connection, needed to use Netflix. Internet also kept dropping from Bluetooth speaker.

Good location just outside old city limits in historic settlement in walking distance to Piazza IV Novembre and other attractions. House has a nice terrace on the 2nd floor and is a very good value.
The house is very small with steep narrow stairs to the upstairs 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms. The 2nd floor bedroom has no bathroom and one needs to descent steep stairs and walk through the 1st floor bedroom to reach the only full bathroom.
Arrival instructions were a bit unclear. While the parking options are a 10minute walk away it is possible to drive up to the area to Corso Bersaglieri (behind house) to unload luggage.

The apartment was not evenly warm. The landlady came over to check the heating, and afterward it was somewhat improved. - There were not many utensils for cooking. No spices except for salt. - Only one toilet roll for two people for five days. Is that enough? - We were unable to find additional bin liners / garbage bags. Housekeeping was challenging.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione super comoda anche per il parcheggio auto come anche la casa che è confortevole su più piani.
eravamo con 2 bambini che si sono divertiti molto.
Smart Tv e Wi-Fi OK !
La cucina per ovvi motivi è un po’ buia ma sei in un vicolo di Perugia e non può essere altrimenti.
