Modern apartment right in the centre of old town Perugia, a must stay!!

- Good communication with host who regularly checked in on us (via whatsapp) - Easy self check-in with keysafe box - Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom (?some leftovers from previous guests so really a great selection and nice that it doesn't get wasted) - Clean modern apartment - Amazing location! Right in the heart of old town literally a few mins walk to most of the main attractions, restaurant Osteria a Priori next door was great! - Effective AC throughout apartment

- Sometimes outside can be a bit noisy but if you are staying this central but as the property is over a thousand years old it is to be expected, it didn't go on too late - A recycling bin to separate rubbish would be nice but unsure whether the local council provides a service to collect recycling so may not be possible

A fantastic apartment in the historical center of Perugia!

A fantastic apartment in the historical center of Perugia (It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the center.). The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is clean and VERY WELL equipped, and the bedroom is quiet and helps you to forget that Perugia is a really busy and noisy city at night ;) Also, it is worth mentioning that the owner is very kind and helpful. She organized everything including the taxi transfer to the airport and even offered her father's help if the taxi failed. AMAZING! Also, there is a great restaurant just next to the apartment ;)

Excellent stay, amazing host

The apartment was really nice, extremely clean and equipped with everything you might need. It was especially nice that we were given a small basket of goodies and some snacks, which was great after a long journey. The apartment is situated in the center, very easy to find. I especially liked that you had everything in the apartment, toiletries of every kind, fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee. The apartment is very nicely furnished and you can really feel yourself at home. Camilla was an excellent host, she gave complete and on point details about check-in, she also recommended places to eat at and answered all my questions regarding the transportation in Perugia. She stayed at our disposal all the time. Everything was great, if I ever return to Perugia, I will definitely choose this place to stay. :)

Nel centro di Perugia, molto silenzioso.

Alloggio centrale, molto pulito, fornito di tutto cio che occorre per una vacanza. Proprietario di casa reattivo e molto gentile.

Utilizzerei un dispositivo assorbi umidità ed odori (anche se, usando l'aria condizionata, l'umidità non si sentiva molto).

Pieno centro

La posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Perugia a piedi. La struttura è carina e pulita, su due livelli ma per noi andava bene, l'angolo cottura comodo e fornito di stoviglie per prepararsi un pasto e la colazione. La host è stata gentilissima e si è tenuta in contatto preoccupandosi che tutto andasse bene. A parte un paio di cose che ho segnalato come negative, nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Purtroppo dagli scarichi proveniva un po' di odore, ma questo dipende dal fatto che il palazzo è antico ed i centri storici di tutte le città hanno lo stesso problema, anche i rumori notturni son dovuti alla zona. Il letto non era comodissimo, la lavatrice andrebbe pulita e lo stendino troppo piccolo e troppo rinchiuso.

Polecam mieszkanie, ze względu na lokalizację, czystość i kontakt z właścicielką.

Świetna lokalizacja, właścicielka bardzo pomocna, była możliwość wcześniejszego meldunku. Mieszkanie czyste i są w nim wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy jak suszarka, kosmetyki itp. Dodatkowo czekały na nas przekąski na śniadanie. W każdym pomieszczeniu jest klimatyzacja.

Troszkę ciemne mieszkanie bez dostępu do światła, ale jak ktoś przyjeżdża zwiedzać, a nie siedzieć w mieszkaniu to absolutnie to nie przeszkadza.
