Nothing. Only the last part of the road to get there was a bit bumpy, which is normal when you are in the nature.

We will definitely go back in the future!

The rooms are pleasant and cozy, offering a familiar home-like feeling. The place itself is beautiful and spacious. The children enjoyed running around with a ball in the yard, playing with the toys in the dining room, and watching the chickens in the coop. The breakfast was good. The hostess, Monica, is very warm and pleasant. Our children really fell in love with her and her cute dogs.

I can go on and on about how beautiful and clean and perfect this property is. It's so lux. The rooms are large, comfortable and have high-end finishes like a rainfall shower. Everything is so well curated and beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

Relaxing, a great landscape, perfect pool, plenty of space, kids friendly

Great property. A lot of space to chill, relax for adults and to run around for kids. Everybody could feel like at home. Kids friendly. My son, 5.5 years old, has spent his time playing with the 2 lovely dogs and running around with them. This created plenty of nice free time for us the parents.

The best stay of our trip. Wonderful

This property is stunning. Perched up high with fabulous views and immersed in olive groves, it is idyllic. The attention to detail, the exceptional cleanliness and the fantastic welcome from the hosts made this the best stay of our trip. The breakfasts were superb:local and homemade produce perfectly fresh and delicious. It is just superb.

The best stay on our trip to Italy.

Everything was fantastic and the host was an amazing person and helped us whenever she could. We have a young boy, and she was just amazing with him and he really got to experience what Umbria is all about. I would come back here again on my next trip to Italy and recommend it to all my families and friends. The location is superb, pool great for the kids and the view… amazing.

Amazing stay, wonderful experience.

The Agriturismo is in a beautiful location with lovely views and scenery and very close to Perugia. The property has extensive grounds, is very well kept and was always clean. The hosts Monica and Max are very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make our experience a lovely stay. Their dogs Gaia and Joy also did their part :) The breakfast was vast with many delicious homemade items. Particularly special was the gluten and lactose free section of the buffet breakfast. Monica was also very helpful with suggestions of authentic restaurants. A truly amazing stay and memorable experience.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Agriturismo San Felicissimo is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place with an amazing view on a sloped field of olive trees and the surrounding countryside. Monica was really welcoming and fun and interesting to talk with, she gave us good recommendations on what to do in the nearby towns of Perugia and Assisi. She and her family take great care of the place and her guests, from the lovely gardens, to the olive trees they produce oil from, to the tastefully decorated rooms and the delicious breakfast of local and home-cooked products. And two very cute and playful dogs :-) I would stay here again in a heart beat!

A Welcoming Stay with A Beautiful View

The property is situated in the most beautiful location with incredible views and the land is beautifully maintained. Monica was so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast the next day was amazing with a fantastic spread of local food - and I was really well catered for as a gluten-free diet! The room was clean and beautifully furnished - and the bathroom was really modern. The only downside was the room felt quite dark, and it was also a bit noisy in the evening/morning due to it's location. It didn't feel the most private. But this is more to do with the layout of the property - as it is well equipped with amenities and tastefully decorated. Overall we were made to feel very welcome!

Very good place for perfect holiday

We find our stay at San Felicissimo a great one. Especially when we take under consideration a spectalular view from one of our rooms and vincinity of Perugia. The hosts are very hospitable and open people, willing to share hints about sightseeing and dining. The rooms were perfectly clean and so was the pool. Breakfasts were filling and tasty and Erica was preparing her delicacies every days. The birds signing every morning were cheery on top 😊

Erika and Mark made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Erika very kindly made reservations at great restaurants and also provided an itinerary for us to make the most of our stay. The property is picturesque and there is a nice little walk you can do to stretch your legs. Breakfast was a real treat especially the cake of the day!! Thank you Erika and Mark 😊

Erika and Marc are brillant hosts. They really care about their guests. We got many tips for sightseeing. They always take care about your personal situation and act accordingly. The breakfast is with fresh fruits, croissants, white bread, cheese and bologna/sausage. A bit more alternatives (e. g. flakes, muesli & yoghurt) would have been appreciated. BUT: Erika serves every morning a cake of the day which is delicious.

Always follow the way through Ponte Felcino. Follow the trip tip of Marc. Otherwise you'll end in the jungle.

A wonderful holiday in the Umbrian hills.

This is a beautiful property set in the Umbrian hills. Mark and Erika could not have done more to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible - from making sure dietary requirements were taken into account to helping us to source a last minute hire car.

The host was very kind,helpful and generous with her time. She also made excellent chocolate cake!

Incanto di bellezza ed energia

Accoglienza dei proprietari ottima, calda, calorosa e di condivisione e attenti alle nostre richieste. Stanza da letto esteticamente bella, con delle attenzioni particolare di arredamento, e kit di "Benvenuto". Colazione, varia e abbondante. Posto meraviglioso con una veduta stupenda, immersa nel silenzio. Posto strategico in 8 minuti in macchina si è a Perugia e con mezz'ora di tempo si è ad Assisi.

Struttura appena ristrutturata, ambiente molto bello e accogliente, ottima colazione

San felicissimo è una struttura nuova, appena restaurata, per cui risulta molto pulita e accogliente. Stanze da letto sono sufficientemente grandi i bagni puliti e belli. La sala colazioni offre una bellissima vista ed è curata in ogni dettaglio. Purtroppo per noi c’era nebbia e non abbiamo goduto appieno del panorama.

Autunno con vista, a due passi da Perugia

Una struttura davvero straordinaria! Monica e Massimo sono padroni di casa impeccabili: disponibili, attenti e sempre pronti a rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. La struttura è estremamente confortevole e dotata di ogni comodità, curata in ogni dettaglio. Pulizia impeccabile, gli ambienti profumati e ordinati trasmettono immediatamente un senso di benessere. La vista dalla nostra camera era spettacolare, un vero valore aggiunto che da sola meriterebbe il viaggio. Anche la colazione indimenticabile! Prodotti freschi, varietà, qualità e un tocco di autenticità che rende tutto speciale. Consigliatissimo: un luogo dove tornare senza alcun dubbio!

Il posto è bellissimo, affascinante e ben curato. Le camere accoglienti e super pulite. Colazione perfetta, con prodotti ricercati e di ottima qualità. I proprietari sono persone splendide, con una perfetta cura per i dettagli e con un'attenzione particolare ad ogni ospite. Gentili, disponibili e amorevoli con i miei bimbi che si sono letteralmente innamorati del posto, con un angolo gioco dedicato a loro. Un posto che, grazie alle persone che lo gestiscono, ti resta nel cuore❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è bella, curata e molto pulita. In camera abbiamo trovato tisane e bollitore, oltre a shampoo e bagnoschiuma biologici all’olio, davvero un’attenzione in più molto apprezzata. La colazione è buonissima e varia: sia dolce che salata, con marmellate fatte in casa, pancake e cornetti freschi. C’è anche un piccolo angolo dove acquistare prodotti biologici fatti da loro, davvero carinissimo. L’atmosfera è super accogliente, la proprietaria è gentilissima e i cagnolini sono fantastici. Un posto che consigliamo assolutamente!

Wunderbarer Kurzaufenthalt

Ich hatte vor dem Aufenthalt wegen einem glutenfreien Frühstück angefragt und es war gar kein Problem. Es wurde soviel unterschiedliches angeboten, dass war unbeschreiblich. Auch die Lage war sehr schön und man konnte unproblematisch am Abend auf der Terrasse sitzen.
