Everything was fantastic - amazing views across Perugia and clean comfortable rooms with good AC. Monica was welcoming and recommended great restaurants nearby, and the 3 friendly dogs were an added bonus.

The Location , the friendliness of the owners , the little artistic touches of Monica & the friendly dogs — the comfortable rooms - everything .
It definitely requires a car to get up there !

Upon arrival we were greeted by the sound of silence! The peace and view were more than we could have imagined. The description of San Felicissimo does not do this justice. It is a beautiful location in Umbria which will live in our memories forever. Monica kept in touch with us throughout our booking and nothing was too much trouble for her and Massimo. The breakfast selection was unbelievable and enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the olive grove and fabulous countryside. Thank you for your hospitality, hard work and kindness throughout our stay. We loved every minute, and the three babies (your dogs) 😄 Robert & Susan
