Location
Everything especially the lack of service even when we called to explain a problem with wifi. The host hung up on us. Later we discovered that the host had not paid the bill and Internet was cut off (from messages in the router).
No soap for the shower.
Nn o customer service.
No light from windows
Old furniture.
Lots of street noise at night.
Horrible smell of mustiness.
No coffee, tea bags were damp.
Altogether the worst experience I have r er had in all of my years of booking with booking
